The room was very clean and for the first couple nights, it was really quiet. We were on the 20th floor and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the room was nice and cold since it was over 100 degrees my entire week there.
The parking is abysmal. It's basically one lane for 6 stories so if someone else is coming down when you are coming up then you have to back most of the way out. Parking lot smells of weed most of the time. It's a very busy place so expect waiting on the elevator and sharing a ride with a lot of people every time you want to go to your room. Also the 3rd through 7th days it was hard getting sleep because the kids above us just ran around their hotel room like little crotch goblins all night.

The location and the pools, jacuzzi and lazy river.
Unit warn out and tired. Old appliances, the small refrigerator was rusted inside. No cutting knives. Trouble with toaster. When I was checking out another customer was complaining of cockroaches!

Location was the only good thing.
It was a horrible experience. There were roaches in my room and the manager Joe will not accept my phone calls. I never saw him the entire time I was there. Nasty. The room number was 216. I believe it was the one with pictures of Uncle Lou and the boys.

The ease of getting to the property and the view from our bedroom of the beach
We requested more towels twice. We got them about 6 hrs later.

Staff was friendly
I know nothing can be done about the parking garage but it was a horrible experience. The stress of meeting another car around the corner was awful.

The location relative to the ocean/beach was great. The staff was friendly and polite.
The couch was old and badly stained and there was very limited space in the suite. Let me not forget the damn parking deck, which was small and conjested and the elevators were somewhat confusing and not clean and properly maintained.

I love the fact that there was an arcade/gam room there onsite at the "resort." I loved the options we all had as far as the pools/jacuzzi was concerned. I love that all I had to do was request extra blankets, the young man at the front desk did not hesitate at all to get them.
I didn't like the fact that the room wasn't clean as best as it could have been. The bathroom was awful (Mold around the handle in the tub, knobs not wiped off as well as for the sink, mainly). The sofa chair was dirty and I know for myself that those stains could have been received. Housekeeping really shouldn't be taking shortcuts with these types of things. My son son chose to sleep on the sofa chair.

I love the location and the staff especially the house keeping and front desk lady with cast on arm.
The property was dated and we had to clean for two days, sand and hair everywhere. I had a friend that stayed in room 410, she paid less and it was clean and updated as well as friend staying in 412.

check in on time at 4:00. Room was well lite up with extra windows towards street.
Room was at the very far end of building away from the beach. The public men's bathroom on the first floor smell terrible. I not sure it was ever cleaned during our stay. The women's bath room was clean.

Close to where we needed to be, pools were ok, does not charge for parking, and the only hotel that had two queen beds hotel rooms available. The view from the 5th and up rooms were great. Anything lower all you get is palm trees, no ocean. I booked three rooms- 2nd floor, 4th floor, 14floor.
1. The sheet on one bed was stained. And the pillow case was stained.
2. The bathtub needs to be updated, the tile on the walls in the tub were cloudy so it needed a good scrubbing. And they needed to be replaced it looks terrible.
3. The rugs were so dirty they made your feet so black. My 5 year olds feet were so black we had to wash them in the sink. My white socks had to throw out. Carpet in both rooms had numerous stains.
4. And the bed was so uncomfortable we woke up with kinks in our necks and backs.
5. Parking garage ramps are so tight it only fits one car at a time, had to keep backing up because other ppl wouldn’t look in the mirrors. And having a walkway to the parking garage on a floor and then having to switch elevators is a hassle.
6. Which it’s not hotels fault, but DEFINITELY should look into removing all cobble stones, rocks, pebbles from front of building and behind the buildings. This is the first hotel in Myrtle Beach that I have seen rocks at. MY 5 year old almost got permanently damaging head trauma due to someone throwing a huge rock off the balcony and dropping it into the pool right where she was swimming. Thank the lord it didn’t hit her. She would of had brain damage. I was away at a funeral while my parents had her, they did complain and the hotel manager tried to find the culprit and looked around but it happened so fast couldn’t pin point a room. He did see my kid again with my mom and he asked her if she’s ok. I am forever traumatized and refused to use the pools after this incident for the rest of our stay.
7. Each room is privately owned and all different decor. My sister got a room that no joke looked like it was in a circus, it was nothing but hall of mirrors. She was creeped out the whole time. Her room was all tile which was nice, no black feet but it was sticky with some type of cleaner.
8. My moms room carpet dirty as well made her feet black. I don’t think they clean the carpets or stuff as good as they can.

one room smelled bad think it was the fridge room 1800. the air vents in 1805 would drip water on my head when I was sleeping. lots of mold through out.

Loved the location and view.
The AC didn’t work properly and it would get too warm to sleep. I understand with covid housekeeping didn’t come around but when I first arrived there was already sand everywhere on the floors and it just got worse as each day that passed by to the point you had to wear your shoes. I did request a broom so that I could clean it myself and they did say they would bring one but that never happened. You can hear everything your neighbor does also. I feel bad for them due to me having a baby that wakes up crying in the middle of the night.
