Very friendly and clean just a beautiful place to be the food was great to food was a little high but worth it we love the burgers and the pizza Of course I love Gordon Ramseys

Came for the Eclipse ..wanted to check out early but had to stay out for our group to all reconvene.

The staff was friendly.

The room was over all dirty. The corners of the carpet were caked with debris. I didn't expect the odor of stale smoke to be so strong.

It was a good stay.I will be back in July.

it was clean and peaceful.Everyone one was nice and friendly

The only problem I had was no refrigerator or microwave.If no refrigerator at least the microwave but overall it was a good room.

There was not enough time after trying to find places to go out to eat we were only there for 2 days

There was no breakfast not that we were told anything about our offered I asked to get an extra day, comped because we didn't get a chance to gamble they informed me that that was not possible the best they could do for me was a 10% discount but we couldn't find a place to park we couldn't find a machine to play but two we couldn't get to a table to gamble it took us 2 hours just to find where to park our car otherwise we would have had a good experience

I didn't like the parking area, I did not like the fact that there is no refrigerator or no microwave in your room that needs to be changed on the amenities and I didn't like the fact that I had to walk all the way through the casino to get to my hotel

Beautiful location on the river but staff, carpets and landscape could use some help!

location, price was reasonable, housekeeping staff helpful and pleasant, what casino staff we could find were nice

desk staff was not informative or helpful at check in, had to ask . . where to park, about elevator key, where to walk dog etc etc etc there was a water leak and no restaurants available !!! made no effort to give us bottled water or suggest place to get food carpeting could use a good cleaning in hallways . . landscaping could use a spruce up and trash clean up

Room location was listed as city view. All we could see was the parking garage. Wait for the one working elevator was ridiculous! Way over priced for what we got. Horrible value.

Beds comfortable. Room nice. Main carpet throughout hotel area needs cleaned or replaced.

The carpet was dirty in the common areas of the hotel. There were stains everywhere. The rooms were good.

No Valet, carpet was nasty, room was minimally clean ..lotion on bathroom counter that had been on cabinet for a while..look of couch was it contained body fluids and has not been cleaned...gross wouldn't even set suitcase on it..

The stay at the hotel was fine, not impressed with the places to eat, not enough for all the people

The bed was comfy

I dont like the smoke in the casino, also I think you should have more places to eat. When you have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to get a hamburger that is alittle over the top. What happened to the buffet that use to be there?

Found blood spots on couch and curtains, showed staff pictures and still never received a discount or any consideration.

The room was very nice and the casino.

Our room was in the old tower and there has been no upgrades except maybe the rooms carpets in the halls looked old and dirty smelled of cigarettes requested a mini frig for the room at booking had to ask two more times just about all the restaurants are closed except the real expensive one other wait time ridiculous if you stay in the old tower you cant enter the new one with your room key seems like you should be able to it's the same place

You can hear the elevator going up and down!!!! Rented room for the jacuzzi. I don’t believe the first one was ever cleaned. Black specks came from the lines and filled the water and stained the sides of the tub. After 3 attempts of filling with water and emptying and cleaning , I called the front desk. They offered for housekeeping to come clean which I declined then offered another room. It was fine in the next room but the mini fridge had food left over that smelled so terrible I had to take it out of the room. Very disappointed considering the price I paid for the room.
