Good for business, would not spend the money for a personal trip.
Beautiful view from the 15th floor. Newly remodeled rooms. Very clean. Staff is friendly (for New Jersey). Very centrally located in Morristown, few minutes' walk to all the main attractions, co-working office, restaurants and bars.
No breakfast/restaurant inside the hotel, just a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby. For a hotel in this category, you'd expect a restaurant as well as a pool/spa/hot tub/sauna/massage offering, etc. Waters in room are not complementary, but $3 per tiny bottle.

Nice property but not very guest-oriented
Location is great and my room was spacious and well maintained. The staff I encountered were very friendly (except the front desk person when I checked out — harried and distracted and not terribly concerned when I told her about the problem w the RV chargers).
Bathroom sink had virtually no counter space for makeup bag/Dopp kit or anything else. It was like a powder room sink…annoying and v difficult to work with. Also, I specifically checked with hotel in advance about the availability of EV chargers, but when I got to the garage, neither charger was working (had to have an acct — which I do — but they weren’t able to process my acct info). Required me to delay my departure b/c I had to go hunt down a fast charger (whereas I had planned on charging overnight before my dep). EVs are pretty common now — this hotel needs to upgrade its capacity. I know the garage is owned by another entity, but no excuse for not having commonly-available resources that virtually every other hotel I travel to has available.

Beautiful, expensive, shabby treatment by bartender, won't be back.
Gorgeous hotel, walking distance to amenities.
Shabby treatment by bartender; The big 55 inch room TV didn't include the local sports networks so my daughter and I headed to the bar in hopes of watching the Devil's hockey game to unwind as my wife just had surgery at the hospital nearby There were about only 5 people at the bar (and after asking those few around me if it was OK), I asked the bartender if he could change one TV to the hockey game. There were two big TVS both showing college basketball. He pointed to one guy in the corner and told me dismissively. "No,.. he's watching both games". Bizarre right?.. Even the woman next to me was incredulous whipserin to me.."He won't change the channel..?!". Told us flat out to go to the Horseshoe Tavern across the street. So we did, were treated nicely and spent our time and money there. Big Hyatt FAIL on hospitality., save your money go elsewhere where you won't be treated badly.
