Very nice facility. Beds need updating.

Very clean and the staff is extremely helpful.

The beds could be more comfortable. The mattress was lumpy and the fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress.

I would stay somewhere else next time

Early entry to park, main reason I chose this

No hangers in room, Slow check in as they had to have mgr come out to find my reservation. No regular coffee in room, just decaf , loud hallways late at night with kids screaming and loud voices check in did not ask If I wanted early entry paperwork I had to go back to desk, stand in line again to get it!

It was clean and we felt safe on this property. We had no problems, parking was free.

No breakfast is served and there are no restaurant facilities. The only two restaurants close to the property were a McDonalds and a buffet type restaurant. Not a fan of buffets. I only wish there were closer restaurants.

Sorry see above. Other than the complaint above we were happy with our stay.

convenient and clean and staff were friendly

location to Cedar Point. it was super clean. Staff were pleasant

we had to wait to check in as their computer system crashed. After a long drive, it was tiring and little frustrating. On the second night, a couple began violently arguing in the hallway to their room which was close to ours.

The all dining passing that I believed were comp because of my granddaughters birthday.

Pool closed because of lightning so once it passed we already left for dinner and to cold the next day to enjoy it.

location was great, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

no free coffee? cedar point already charges you for son much the fact that you have to pay 3 dollars for a 10 oz coffee is ridiculous… and no continental breakfast? what is this super 8?

It was clean and staff polite. There was Crack in my door. I told staff I did not cause damage.

The fire alarm went off. Not sure why......there was no fire.
