Loved the location and convenience to Great American Ball Park. Was a quick and easy walk
4.0 / 5.0
It was walking distance to the baseball game.
The traffic was atrocious getting in and out of, almost forced to valet.

$25 per person for breakfast? It wasn’t worth that.

The lobby area. Most of the valet drivers were quite responsive. Seemed like a fairly safe downtown location.
The room was extremely small. We could not enter the bathroom to sit on the toilet without closing the door. We could wash our hands while sitting on the toilet. The smallest hotel room and bathroom I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed 3 nights and never received any housekeeping services or a room touch up. Had to request more towels and washcloths. The onsite dining options/menu was not great. Not worth the money at all.

Bed was nice
Coffee pot overflowed and scolded my hand pretty good trying to turn it off. There was blood drops on the bathroom floor.

Beautiful!
No microwaves on the floors, no good drink machines, the pool was not heated, we had to pay for breakfast and most hotels I been to was free breakfast, not enough blankets or wash cloths

Clean room, quiet, friendly staff and pool area is gorgeous
Pool was very crowded during the day. We weren’t sure where they were serving breakfast so we ended up going out

location
When I arrived, I was asked for the personal about my housekeeping requirement, i answered i wanted to be performed every day.
two days after any housekeeping was done, I presented myself at the front desk in the morning asking for the service, and she told me that it was upon request and she would send an email to perform it that day. No housekeeping was done. Later the next day, one day before leaving, i ask directly to a gentleman who was performing HK who answered me that no indication was received and must wait patiently because during the day the service will be performed.

Close to the stadium
Asked for a river paid over 900 for an upgraded room for a comfortable stay and our view we saw very little of river, and a construction site. Room wasn’t horrible but not what I thought I was getting.

Location and, uh, there was something else
We like to use fitness rooms. The Hyatt’s was awful, terrible, horrible. Plenty of treadmills. Otherwise, some old, badly maintained machines and a truly unique free weight set: 10 and 20 lb weights, but no 5, 15 or 25 lb weights, but 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 lb weights.

Excellent location.
Very expensive for facilities. Room smelled like stale smoke. Faucet handles for bathroom sink were loose. Tub did not appear to be clean. Event was happening in town, so long lines accumulated for the elevators, and access to stairs was nowhere to be found in the lobby.

I LOVED THE BAR DOWNSTAIRS DRINKS WERE GREAT, SCOTT REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE A MEAN MARGARITA. FOOD WE ORDERED WAS GREAT. FOOD IN THE MERCHANT WAS GOOD TOO. BED SLEPT WELL AND I LOVED THE LOCATION.
THE A/C UNIT I HAD TO KEPT ADJUSTING FROM COLD, VERY COLD AND TURN OFF. I WISH IT HAD BEEN A MICROWAVE AND COUCH IN THE ROOMS.

The bed was comfortable. The motel was a short walk from the event I was attending. The coffee at the Market was excellent.
The room was a little small and the view wasn't very good.

Great staff; good workout room
Dark, musty, depressing, excessively overpriced

good location
For the price no breakfast and the pool definitely not big enough for the size of the hotel. I have been at plenty of smaller hotels that serve breakfast as well as a bigger size pool and didn’t pay for parking. Especially when families pay that big of a price a meal should be included. I guess I would say drop the free bottle of water and help others out with a treat some kind of fruit, muffin or yogurt nothing fancy.

Location to the Duke (we were there for a volleyball tournament)
No microwave in the room, fridge in room wasn’t a real fridge, one had to be requested, people got stuck in one of the elevators, water never got hot enough, daily parking was expensive ($46 for 2 days), people were smoking pot in the pool area and nobody ever did anything about it (while kids were there), overall not worth what we paid. Was never given a receipt on arrival or departure and still waiting on the $100 (even though the front desk lady said $50 deposit) deposit to go back on my card.
