Probably the most overpriced “hotel” that I have ever stayed in

Nice pool area and close to the beach

The room smelt of damp, it was very small room, they placed us right beside the communal toilets so we couldn’t sit outside on our terrace. The walls / floors were very thin and there was noise everywhere

I believe it’s an excellent hotel overall

It’s an updated and clean option for Montauk right off the beach. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to beach, have pool access and be able to explore town. The staff at the front desk couldn’t be kinder and more accommodating. They always greeted with a smile and were approachable and had excellent customer service skills. Facility and rooms were very clean

At this price point , it’s not acceptable to 1. Not have a keirig or Nespresso is the rooms. One shouldn’t have to leave the room to have coffee. If there isn’t a machine in the room coffee should be provided in lobby. Paying for coffee isn’t expected at this price or at any hotel in 2023. Even motels I have to stay at for travel sports have Keuirg in room now. The showers also aren’t ideal. A small shower is fine but a waterfall shower head in middle of small shower makes washing hair and body difficult without constantly turning off water.

Loved the pool area, and how the hotel has food and drink accommodations.

Loved how close the hotel is to the beach and town. The texting feature during our stay was awesome and they responded very timely.

Super noisy outside our room, could also hear noise from the road. No chair or umbrella service at the beach. The price of drinks for guest as astronomical. Oh and the lounge chairs and uncomfortable.

The MBH is absolutely perfect and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet getaway in a trendy spot!

EVERYTHING!!! The amenities, the atmosphere, the location… I want to come back here every year.

It’s definitely a bit pricey, and the food/drink on site is also expensive..but that’s par for the course in Montauk right? they didn’t have high chairs but it’s not the type of place you really go for a sit down meal with a family anyway so it didn’t bother us; there were tons of other places in walking distance that were available and accommodating!

Excellent hotel. Will definitely be back!

The room was great - beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool area was amazing- music and waitress service by the pool were an added bonus.

Nice stay. And centrally located within Montauk shopping district, restaurants and beach.

Breakfast was good and served hot. There is a casual vibe and we were happy that the Beach House wasn't a crowd scene since we were there on the weekdays. Nice proximity to the beach. Pool was small but relaxing with fresh towels and water served as well as a meal if desired. Nice toiletries in the bathroom too. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was available when requested. Bicycles were also complimentary.

The rooms are rustic and a bit tight with two queen beds and three adults. We were on the first floor and the unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture every night (4 nights).

We LOVED the room, the atmosphere, the FOOD, the location and the cleanliness. We were never MTK lovers and our stay at this hotel changed that. We LOVED it.

I liked everything about experience. I even brought 5 friends later in the month to ezperiwce the MBH Looking forward to a return trip.

Fabulous retreat

Great location. Lovely, comfortable room. The outdoor area was very nice and we met wonderful people.

My only negative would be the lighting in the bathroom was AWFUL! I couldn’t see to put on my makeup.

Beautiful setting and design elements from the lobby to rooms to pool to bar. Great staff and an incredibly relaxing vibe. Will go back.

Would like the bar/resturant to stay open a bit later if possible .

Perfect getaway to Montauk at a beautiful hotel walking distance to everything!

Walking distance to beach and all the restaurants! The heated pools were an amazing bonus! The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious! Great ambiance!

Solid spot in Montauk, great location.

The food was really good. The food and the atmosphere are what stand out here. Try the truffle pizza, it was a highlight of our trip. Nice pools as well.

The rooms are very basic and the balcony furniture is a bit rusty and old, but the comfort level is pretty nice overall of the rooms. The staff seemed very unenthused for the most part.

Nice pool area and fire pits. Comfy beds with good linen.

Room overlooking a car parking lot. Attitude of the staff. Seriously overpriced. Poor shower - impossible to get the right temp and the shower head was too low
