Es ist in Ordnung und die Zimmer sind sauber.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß. Die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral.

Im Frühstücksbereich gibt es nicht genügend Sitzplätze. Wenn man Pech hat, muss man stehen oder alles mit ins Zimmer nehmen. Wegwerfgeschirr zum Frühstück :-(

the room location, across from the maid storage/laundry room. The maids were exceptionally friendly, but their carts in the hallway made it quite narrow

Very disappointed. We stayed here in the past and we liked it, but this time was terrible.

Breakfast was good.

They put us in the smallest room they had. It smelled musty and it was hot at night with no air conditioning.

It was nice.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the location. Central to all the things we wanted ti visit.

We specifically booked here because of the free breakfast (pancake machine) . This is important while traveling with kids to fill them up and keep expenses down. We ended up having to take the kids to breakfast which was not in our budget. They were really looking forward to pancakes.

It was a nice place to rest for a night on a road trip.

The check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was clean and the hotel was an adequate stay for a stop on a trip.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked about the hotel.

Clean, comfortable beds. Property is kept up. The staff , especially Rachiel, was super helpful .

Very good

The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and satisfactory. The location was excellent for access to Highway 1 to Carmel, Santa Cruz, or Salinas. It was a quiet and pleasant hotel with a pretty koi pond in the lobby.

The bathtub could be used for a shower only. For 3 days the touted "Breakfast Sandwich" was "going to be delivered today." I'm thinking there never is a Breakfast Sandwich! Service for clean towels and room cleanup is apparently no longer provided at all.

pretty good. just got very hot in the room

pool/hot tub/good size room, very comfy bed, microwave and fridge were awesome

no AC and carpets were very dirty plus no turn down service during stay.

We had to change hotels on the fly because of the power outages in downtown Monterey and the staff

Sterling and Rachel were rockstars at making our stay great!

Pleasant, quiet and comfortable room

Comfortable, spacious and comfortable room. We especially like the secured elevator from the parking lots all the way to our room which really made moving of luggage very convenient. There is a pool and a fire place. Breakfast was decent although they did run out of the breakfast sandwich if you go late.
