Great for travel to Fort.

Location was about 3 miles to Fort Lenardwood. And it was straight shot to base. No turns. Loved it. Perfect.

Said it offered breakfast. No breakfast available.

Didn’t stay. No refund, ate the $ and spent double elsewhere

Nothing. The overwhelming smell of moth balls what stuck in my beard for hours. Tells me they’re fighting bug issues

The sheets and pillow cases had stains. Musky feel, extremely dim lighting, hiding issues

Passable

The room was adequate. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. TV in the room worked and we were only there for a short time so it was fine.

The room smelled until the air conditioning kicked in. Everything seemed a little run down and the mattress was not great. But all in all, a fine experience for what we needed.

The price for the room was great

The shower did not work properly. The toilet ran all night. staff was rude, and tried to scam me out of another pet deposit. Room was a little small. American staff would be better for the property.

We liked the location,we also liked the fact that the put us on ground level as requested

What We didn't like was Sheets were a little stained, no coffee pot, the towels were thin and holy and only 2 of them , wasn't anywhere beside the beds to plug up our phones .

Comfortable

The room had three queen beds so it was very comfortable for our family.

It didn't have a coffee maker.

Pleasant

We cancelled our reservation for this one but when we stayed here before the staff was exceptional.

Location. It's next to a bunch of rowdy bars.

Pay the additional $5.00 add stay at another motel.

There was not one thing that I liked about this motel.

The room was dirty, looked like it was under construction, 1 inch space between door frame and the door. You could see daylight coming thru and cold air blowing thru all day and night. The phone didn't work when I tried to call the office. The man at guest services was not very friendly. Did not smile not even one time while I was checking in. Ice machine in the office didn't work. Practically had to beg for ice that they kept wrapped in plastic saran wrap.

Terrible Experience

The only thing I liked was the proximity to Ft Leonard Wood.

The staff was extremely not accomodating. At checkin, we were greeted by a gentleman who seemed to live there in the office as he was clearly dressed for bed. He was also the only employee that we saw at the desk. The room was unclean and there was no seal on the bottom of the door leaving an inch gap. It rained while we were there and it flooded under the door leaving a huge puddle. When I notified the staff he have me a towel, apologized, and said to just put it on the floor up against the door. Not once did he come to check it. There was no maid service to make beds and tidy up and we had to go to the office to ask for clean towels to which we were told that we had to retrieve all of our dirty towels and bring them to him before he would give us any. I would not recommend a stay here to anyone.

Bed was too soft. There was a loud party in the parking lot from 12am till 3-4am. Internet wifi kept dropping.

Basically was a place to sleep during the visit.

The price of the room reflected the condition of the motel. You get what you pay for.

No coffee pot, no place to hang clothes, mold on the bathroom ceiling and no breakfast like advertised.
