It was okay till the added fees. It took more to stay than I thought.
Extra fees that were not added to Online Booking.
There wasn't anything else to comment on. Everything else was fine.

Nothing about this facility was enjoyable.
Dirty countertops, Front door wouldn't close and couldn't deadbolt.. Outlets didn't work. Was forced to pay a deposit that I wasn't told about and didn't budget for when I booked the room. So many other things.

N/A-
Not sure Booking will post this, but I wanted to warn anyone making arrangements from here traveling with pets- just as a safeguard. I have 2 dogs that I travel with. I always look for pet friendly hotels and check the fine print to make sure there is nothing noted like limit of 1 pet. (there was nothing noted). I messaged the hotel thru requests and informed them I was traveling with pets, to which they replied ok. I got to the hotel after driving 7 hours and needing to check in, change clothes and be somewhere,. I went in, informed the desk clerk, as per the norm that I was traveling with pets and she asked how many. I said 2. She told me they only allow one pet per room and refused to 1- rent me the room and turned me away with no place to stay and 2- refused to refund the money for my prepaid room. I did get booking.com involved as I didnt have time to stay and argue the point, as I needed to be somewhere and now I had no place to stay. I am holding out hope I do get refunded. The place did look lovely. Im sure it would have been nice, but you might want to bypass if traveling with more than one pet .

Lack of tissues
Only one partial roll of toilet tissue.

Our room looked like it was under renovation. The vent covers were off leaving holes in the walls. The bathroom fixtures were cracked and barley hanging on.

The breakfast they offered was pretty much the same as almost every hotel.
All and all I would stay there again. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a handicapped room and the only thing that would have been better was they should have offered a shower chair for those who are unable to stand while showering.
