Rude and dirty

Nothing

Everything, the floor was dirty, the toilet was dirty and all night was nothing but banging and drilling sounds me and my kids didn’t get any sleep, the man at checkout was very rude

It is a good hotel for short stay. It have good parking and confortable beds.

They did not offer breakfast. Here in booking says they offer breakfast but they staff told me they have almost 10 years without having breakfast service. It would be nice if they update that information.

Bad service, staff behind bullet proof glass at all times, room okay tho

Room is okay. Basic motel stuff. Bed is comfy though.

Arrived midnight, 1am, after changing a flat tire in the rain. The check in counter was behind a bullet proof glass, and staff told me their system went down and can’t see any booking or take any card. CASH ONLY, he repeated. No other way around. I have to drive on my spare tire to find an ATM. After everything, I was told they have NO BREAKFAST whatsoever even if it’s clearly listed on each of their online booking room options.

Walls were not painted, you would completely sink in the bed, smell was not good, only little water came out of the shower head.

Smelled like smoke In a non smoke room, there was a hole in the restroom door I paid for a 2 bed room but was given 1 bed

Unnecessarily overpriced for not even a decent room condition.

That it was so close to where I was going.

That it had a sign in their room claiming how clean the rooms are and my room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom door was damaged, as well as part of the flooring and the room wasn’t as clean as they stated. I ended having to clean/disinfect the room myself.

much better than I thought

this inn does not deserve so many bad reviews! The bed was super comfy, and they got quite big fridge and an oven in the room. I saw people said they gotta wait for hot water, but hot water in our room works just fine! Also I love the view

it’s a little expensive, but probably due to the Escape event. Also I hope they offer toothbrushes.

Nothing l do th reservations a they call me is not room available after l do my reservation is not professional because the booking a the hotel they have to be sure the rooms available for the customers not is communication both side booking a hotel the manager for the hotel is very rule is not good customer services when u call

Dirty place They announced breakfast and don't have it Lights didn't function well The room smell like cigarettes The special price with this application doesn't match I paid $10 more including taxes A bad neiborhod, homeless and prostitutes near or staying, I don't know I was worried about my security there
