Bkft was fine. Waffles, cereal and tst, bagels . Was fine for us. We were fine with the staff. They were very friendly.

I can't give you any complaints. It's a very nice place to stay.

The hotel was clean and front desk staff were very nice. Very convenient with many places to eat close by. Close to several gas stations and easy access to interstate/hiway.

Continental bfast was available but very few choices (4 small containers of yogurt, 3 slices of bread, green bananas, nothing hot other than a waffle maker/batter). We ended up getting fast food. Accommodations were "ok", two chairs located by the elevator were stained and very dingy. When we opened our door at first glance looked nice however walls needed some repairs. Chips and scuff marks on the walls in many places exposed drywall. No attempt to fix them. Metal trim around entery and bathroom doors were very rusted. The metal trim along the bathroom door was pulled away from the frame along the bottom of door. The cabinets in the room were very dated and handles/ pulls were very dirty and neglected. A few tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. Our bed only had three pillows which were very lumpy and should be replaced. ( I did go to the desk and asked for another pillow and received one right away) I was awakened by slamming doors around 7:00am and people/children running up and down the hallway. My reservations said the room came with a microwave and a mini fridge but that was not the case! When I asked the desk about it I was told that only the double rooms had them. I had to throw out food that I had from earlier in the day. The room had no TV channel guide and at least half of the channels were frozen the whole time we were there. The phone book in the room was a few years old. I have several pictures of the room where I spoke about previously.

Bed was too hard

The noise level was a bit much. Between the trucks and garbage and other outside noises it was a short night of sleep for us.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants.

Breakfast option is limited, but having a waffles machine is a brilliant idea!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The walls are thin, but that's to be expected at a budget hotel. Breakfast was decent and we had a nice stay! Would stay again when we come through Iowa!!

The beds and pillows were very comfy! The place was very clean. Everyone was so friendly.

There could be a little more choices for breakfast. But waffles and coffee were good.

Beds could be updated. Felt more like a hospital room but was nice.

I’m having little trouble with checking in, the place was pre booked, but the lady in reception, saying I don’t understand what you said, but after the check in process, I asked for coffee , and she fixed it.
