Worst ever. Cancelled second night and slept in car. Would love what I had to pay to stay there my first night back!

My room was filthy. Blood stains on a pillow case. Stains on sheets. Had to wear socks when walking on the floor. Toilet was so dirty. Every towel and wash cloth looked dirty. Musty smell. No cover. Just a sheet. Holes in the bed spread that is for decoration.

Super 8, Super great.

Our room was spacious, neat and clean. We had a king room with a couch and chair, desk and dresser which was plenty but not overcrowded. I am disabled and have two service dogs, under 10 pounds, and must have ground floor and they accommodated all of my needs. The stay was pleasant, the staff was lovely and helpful and the location is pretty quiet considering it's location just off of I-81. The hotel is very well kept, inside and out. This was our second stay and we will stay here again! Thanks to the staff at Super 8, White Pine!

The grab and go breakfast was fine but it would be awesome to have a light breakfast with a few choices.

there was like no breakfast and the smell of smoke was there and the morning staff was bad they really didn’t care the orange juice machine was broken most of the time

the location for me to park my 18 wheeler

30 the night manager comes to my room and I was drying my hair and he kept telling me to open my door and I informed him that I was in my underwear and I was my friend Kristen couldn’t believe that he kept telling me to open the door. I had never been so scared of him coming Into my hotel room and I am very thankful for my fancy doggie because if he gets close to my door.. and the cockroach’s isn’t ok. come on get yourself pesticide

Staff was rude, had my service animal and he was demanding paperwork for my animal to prove it was a service animal (which is against the law). The whole hotel smell like smoke. Not old smoke, like some has been smoking in the building and hallways. Online showed there was breakfast, but nothing in the morning. Asked for an ice bucket and told we had one in the room. When advised we did not have one we were given a garbage bag to put ice in.

Enjoy your walk up interior carpet stairs that are 90degree angle and no elevator.

Was quiet.. all inside rooms.

They don't have an elevator and had to haul alot or suitcases and cooler up inside stairs.. I think this i a massive inconvenience for people whom work outta hotels that travel and families
