Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally courteous, accommodating and pleasant.
My husband has asthma and I really appreciated that the air freshener was not overpowering but was mild and had a very pleasant, clean scent.
It was a very, very nice stay.
The Drury.com website isn't user friendly in my opinion, it was actually so aggravating that I made my booking on Booking.com so I didn't get any Drury rewards.

The breakfast was decent. We liked how the pool was inside and outside.
The rooms and bathroom are extremely small. I had dogfood on the floor under the desk and edge of the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fridge was missing pieces inside to hold up water. The concierge on Sunday afternoon was incredibly rude (not just to myself but I witnessed it to multiple guests). It was not a pleasant experience at all.

noisy ice machine on 3rd floor. Room A/C smelled "musty" sometimes.

The convenience of location
Can’t think of anything!

Very large room, good for our family. Fun pool.
Stuff was a little outdated and dingy but the staff was nice.

Everything was just…fine? I wouldn’t expect much from your standard chain hotel but at over $200 a night, it just stung a bit more. Everything is exactly what you’d expect. Plain, kind of outdated rooms, standard free breakfast items, small older bathroom, small pool, sloooooow elevators though. But everything was also very clean and the staff was pleasant and professional!
Really just how expensive it was for your standard quick stay hotel experience, especially when everything was clearly older.

Very convenient location, nice and clean! Staff was super friendly, and accommodating. There is happy hour in the evening where guests receive drink and food passes during this time.

Very friendly staff. Great location.
Pool was kinda dirty. Maybe it should be cleaned before the weekend instead of after.

Front desk (Kelly) at check-in was cheerful, helpful and professional.
Room was sparkling clean.
Breakfast buffet/options was excellent.
Wish I could have set the fan for constant white noise to minimize freeway traffic noise.

Drury Inns are always our go to. You can't beat the free hot breakfast and the free dinner! Saved almost $100 on eating out for a family of five because Drury hooks it up. The pool was amazing. We spent 3.5 hours swimming between inside and outside. The water was so warm. We had a great experience. Great place to stay for families. The Magic house was only a 15 minute drive.
I don't have too many complaints. I guess the only thing was when I took a shower the faucet fell off in my hand. I got it back on and then there were no more issues.

Loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Free breakfast and dinner time food with 3 free adult drinks. We brought our dog too which was great.
The toilet had to be flushed twice everytime and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
