Bro i order on booking.com for $166 a room to have a good time with family then i call the hotel a day later to find out your suppose to be 25 and above (im 21) & on the website it has said nothing about that. Very frustrated with this & hope i get my money back

Overall a pleasant stay

The location is awesome. Walking distance to almost everything. We thought the staff was friendly. And the other guests were very friendly as well. Love the size of the two rooms and the kitchenette was a huge plus. Love the private balcony where we hung our wet clothes out to dry. The beds and pillows are soft and comfy. Overall a very pleasant stay. My kids had a blast and already asked to go back next summer.

Could the floor have been slightly cleaner? Yes. There was some leftover food crumbs, dead bugs and sand on the floor when we arrived. But we brought slippers that we wore while walking around the room. And maybe update the elevator, we used the stairs mostly because the elevator seemed a little old.

Hesitant to ride elevators after being stuck inside this one.

Not very much but The location is good to walk to the beach and convenient parking.

The elevator stopped working while we were in it. Used the call button and that did not work, the alarm button worked by making a loud alarm noise but no one came to help us. After minutes of pressing every button we finally made it out. The rooms are filthy. The pool was cloudy everyday and didn’t seem to have any chlorine in it. The hot tub was cold most days. While trying to enjoy swimming a group of 10+ children under 18 were jumping in from the hot tub ledge on top of the rest of the swimmers in the pool including our small children.

The floors in the room were not cleaned properly. My feet were dirty from walking from the bed to the bathroom.

It was a cheap enough motel but would not go back.

It was close enough to the beach and boardwalk.

The parking was a squeeze and seemed like there were not enough spaces for all guests. The remotes for the tv did not work. There was little light in the back room and not enough plugs to charge two phones and have the lamp plugged in. The elevator took forever but thankfully I was on the first floor and could take the steps. The toilet paper was awful, like sandpaper.

Nothing really was stuck with the room. Glad it was only for one night. I was out of there by 7a.m.

The bathroom was very dirty. The doors were hard to open and shut. Very 70's needs upgrading badly. The elevator had a funky smell and was very dirty.

Terrible! We will never go back ever.

I didn’t like anything about this nasty place. The guy in the front was so rude and on booking they say the rooms come with a private pool it don’t. We had a hair on everything when we got their. One 3 small towels no wash clothes so i go ask to get some they don’t have any. He said they use them for cleaning rags. Umm ok then! We had to go to Walmart to buy towels and wash clothes. They don’t have enough parking at all. The pool was nasty as hell they don’t clean it just pour Corine in it and that’s it. The grills don’t come with utensils or a cleaning brush so u have to buy ur own. The light over the sink didn’t work so u have to cook in the dark. The light in the room didn’t work so we had to keep the blings that was Broken open all day and i don’t like that. It was just the worst place to stay for all of us kids too. The only good thing it was close to the beach and boardwalk that’s it. This was our first time staying someplace else beside the Caribbean down there. We miss that place a lot. But we had to try a different place since they sold that place. But it definitely wasn’t a good experience at all. One thing i can say to help anyone don’t stay here at all. Oh yeah there was blood in my he elevator and the front guy was told they did nothing to clean it. It was gross and. It worth the money.

the location and views was about the only thing to like about the property

Water leaks all over the cars from the ceiling of the parking garage. The pool was gross, cloudy and dirty. Hot tub was covered up and unusable. bathroom was gross, toilet seat had scuffs and marks all on it. shower heads were disgusting. At midnight on our last night the power went off in the living room. no tv, no bathroom light, no outlets working. couldn’t get the back door open to get the rest off our stuff off the patio. It was just a mess. I would never ever stay here again.

Pool was awful, staff was nice, location was great

Loved the value and location!

Cleanliness was an issue with our room and the pool. We never had a maid clean our room during the week. We chose this motel because of the value and the pool but unfortunately we didn't feel safe swimming in the pool so we didn't use it. The first day we got there, the pool looked noticeably cloudy, then each day, it just got worse and worse. I have a pool at home and I am sure that this pool was not right. The pools at all the nearby motels had nice clear water but this pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the steps entering into the water. I never saw anyone treat or clean the pool during our stay. Also, there is a broken hot tub attached to the pool that is covered with boards and tarps and looks absolutely awful. Lastly, the baby pool has a piece of lattice rigged up as a barrier so that babies can't get to the deeper areas but the lattice is all bent up and not meant to be used for this purpose so babies could easily slip underneath it. The pool situation at this motel was the worst I have ever seen.

The air conditioner didn't keep the whole room cool enough. The fridge broke the door was hard to open. The floors weren't very clean. The shower was way too hot.

all in all id stay here again

the private balcony was my favorite part. I could sit and watch my daughter in the pool on one side and the other side I could sit outside without having to have other guests around.

first room we went into had a leak (that was discovered coming from the refrigerator while I was getting a new room) there was water on the floor but the situation was fixed without question by the staff

Very good

Location was excellent. They opened the pool a week early just because my grandkids wanted to swim. Gave me a great rate to add a 3rd night.

Bathroom faucet leaked a bit. You had to turn it really tight to get it to shut off and toilet you had to jiggle handle to fill tank so it would flush
