It was terrible looking to the eyes. The front desk gentleman was not pleasant and the TV kept going out and he had an attitude when he had to fix it with there remote.

they denied my reservation saying booking was a scam. had to pay the hotel directly. staff appears to be on a drug. it w

It was not good I ended up checking out same day I checked in

unfortunately I didn't find anything I liked

I didn't like the front desk employee I book online at booking.com when I went to show my confirmation number the guy at the front desk kept telling me it was the wrong confirmation number. I ended up having to pay full price and I never got my 25 dollar room deposit back . the employee was very unfriendly.

Cheaper isn't always better

The location was the best part

I didn't like that my reservation was canceled even after I spoke with someone at the property and let them know I was coming. Had to try be reactived in the computer and moved to a totally different room. There were dead bugs on the floor, burn holes in my covers, the flap in the toilet was broken, someone's left over used soap was in my shower when I arrived. My overhead light didnt work so luckily I had my bedside lamp. My mother found bed bugs in her room which caused us to request a refund and leave in the middle of the night.

It met my needs at the time, but I probably won’t stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The carpet was quite stained. There was no blanket, only a lightweight cover. I had to turn the heat up, which dried up my sinuses and gave me a headache. The tub stopper didn’t work. There were also roaches.

the nonsmoking room was cigarette odor. Top bed sheet had 2 cigarette burn holes, ceiling peeling and flaky in 2 areas. bathtub with large yellow stain Total was supposed to be $86.87 checkout amount was $109.61. we were told that it was a deposit that would be refund to us. So far it hasn’t been received

I WILL NOT STAY OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. HOTEL NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED.

The only thing is that it was close to Golden Corral and the mall.

Everything. Nothing worked, a lot of drugs and prostitution around, staff wasn't friendly, the room was dark even with lights on. I need more space to tell everything else wrong.

absolutely horrible experience won’t do it again.

the room was clean. lady at the front was very nice.

there were drug deals going on outside my door and some guy was messing around with my friend and mines car. It got so bad we left after being there only two hours. Literally, would rather have lost almost $100 then stay there to sleep.

When I got there they told me it would be a charge of $29.95 more that it would be put back on my card when I checked out I needed to stay one more day so they checked me out check me back in and charge me more money plus the $29.95 which neither time did they refund the $29.95 so somebody owes me $60

They lied to me about refunding the $29.95 I never got my refund on my card from two different bookings so I ended up staying from the 23rd till the 26th

Nasty an raggedy needs updating or shut down they are misleading no breakfast but fruit cups please don’t go here shower curtains are disgusting I had to plunged the toilet , the only reason we stayed at this hotel all surrounded hotels was booked due to the many events going on never no more ! oh yea the rooms stank
