Super clean , great price , great customer service , great breakfast
Restaurant food wasn't that great
9.0
free parking and breakfast
The doors are so heavy that they slam. You can hear nearby guests’ doors slam and it gets really annoying when you are trying to fall asleep. It is also annoying when you are trying to exit wit your luggages and the door is so heavy it won’t stay open.

The room was clean, as well as everywhere else in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Staff were super helpful and nice.
The on-site restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Only complaint was the bed was too soft.

Rooms and public areas very clean. Good location
On arrival we were informed that the bar and restaurant was closed and would not be open for 3 days. Totally unacceptable and should have been informed in advance. If we had known we would have chosen a different hotel. Very disappointed.

I thought the hotel was new or recently remodeled. It is really just very well kept with excellent housekeeping. It was a very short drive to the Disney Resort. Much more reasonably priced and much more comfortable than offerings closer to the park.

It seems as though the hotel is located in a relatively safe location in the region.
The patio area outside of the restaurant appears to be a potentially pleasant location, given the weather permits.
The hotel room was quite spacious! We appreciated the kitchen counter area, refrigerator, and microwave. I was very impressed by the level of comfort provided by the bed.
Unfortunately, there was much to be desired.
Our first action upon entering the room was putting our perishable food in the not-quite-cool refrigerator (it eventually reached a chilled temperature) and setting the rest of our takeout meals on the counter. When we returned to reheat the food a couple hours later, we had discovered that ants had a similar interest in our dinner. They did not penetrate our bags, so we were able to reheat our meal in the less-than-clean microwave.
There was a creepy element to the stay; as all of the light fixtures had loose housings, exposing the inner workings of the area between the ceiling of our room and the floor of the level above us. It was disturbing to the point that we had formed a running joke between the two of us that the hotel had cameras pointing through the gaps recording us. Strangely enough, the light fixture above the shower had the largest such gap.
A bitter-sweet aspect to the candid camera joke was: The shower drain had emitted such a foul stench that we feared getting inside the shower stall to bathe would actually make us filthier. Needless to say, we did not use the shower facilities during our stay, it was to our benefit that we were only intending to use the hotel to sleep for the night.
We habitually bring our own clean sheets to hotels for sanitary purposes, so we were able to use the beds. Bringing our own sheets had become a Blessing in disguise as, upon awakening, we discovered the ants enjoyed the comfort of the bed as well; to our satisfaction, they apparently remained beneath our sheet and atop the hotel's blanket. They respected the barrier we had erected.
We intended to wait until our security deposit was finalized and returned or otherwise before we wrote our review; however three weeks have elapsed and the deposit has yet to be released.

The rooms were very comfortable. All staff we encountered were so kind and even remembered why we were in town and asked how our event was when we saw them again.
our only really complaint is the water pressure. the pressure was practically nonexistent in the shower. I had to skip washing my hair, I could barely get the body wash off there was no wash it would be able to rinse our shampoo and conditioner. We were on the 4th floor towards the end and it was really loud. I could hear any conversation in the hallway, and door shut, all of it.

Almost as good as any 5-star property. Comfortable with decent breakfast, clean pool and patio, excellent wifi, polite and helpful staff, and quick checkin and checkout. Kids were usually going alone for breakfast and were very well looked after. We spent six nights and did not feel like locked into a hotel room. The hotel is in fountain valley, so obviously far from LA and Hollywood. But if you were to visit San Diego, or Irvine or Orange - you are perfectly placed for that. Brookhurst st has pretty much every thing you need including a very active mosque. Plenty of parking space. Affordable munchies upfront including cup noodles and ice creams. Excellent hotel.
Absolutely nothing I can think of.

The elevator buttons didn’t want to work when I pushed them. They didn’t have a restaurant in the location as advertised. I wanted to take a soak in the tub but the water kept leaking out so I couldn’t soak in it.

very clean and luxury rooms.
front desk staff not friendly at all ,
and the jet bath not working.
