Chambre agréable, bon petit déjeuner, restaurant proche

pas de coffre dans la chambre, le bruit des camions sur I-95, mais la réception m’a proposé une chambre cote opposé que je n’ai pas accepté étant déjà installé.

This is an amazing place to stay I recommend it for anybody and I love the fact I could bring my dog

Wonderful place to stay!

We were traveling from Indiana to fl. And needed to take a rest and spur of the moment we decided to break! Great accommodations and great value very friendly staff

Super clean, great staff. Bring earplugs if your room faces the highway!

Let’s start with the reasonable price! I had to move hotels because another night where I was staying jumped up by 40 bucks and since there are so many hotels in Lake City I just let booking.com do its job! I think this might be my favorite Lake City Hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable, the bed worked for me (the bed in the previous hotel was like sleeping on a rock, hated it). Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast had enough variety to make pretty much anyone happy. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe here!

This is not the hotels fault but the highway noise could drive a sane person crazy! The windows are double paned and there are thick blackout curtains, I don’t know what else they can do. I left the air conditioner fan on low, helped a little. My suggestion would be to try to get a room opposite the highway or bring earplugs, since I plan on returning I’ll do both!

Very nice, updated facility.

Good breakfast with a very nice breakfast host. While not the same as a breakfast restaurant, the food was hot, fresh and véry satisfactory.

Booking did not communicate properly with tge front desk and it took 20 minutes for the hotel to clear things up with Booking. I will use tge hotel again but not Booking.

Once we found it, we had a good room but didn't have good wifi.

Clean property, beds were comfortable, quiet hotel.

Signage not available, GPS for their address took me to the Comfort Suites, There is a left turn at a light that looks like you're turning into a business. You have to turn 180 degrees around and go around corner to get to it without any curb signs of where it is. My laptop could not access the hotel wifi site at all, there was an "infinity" one that I got on in the evening, but next morning neither one worked.

Beware they apparently don't use booking.com!

Location and accessibility off I-75. The breakfast area staff was friendly and quick to refill the food items.

A couple of things I didn't enjoy. I messaged the staff weeks in advanced asking for a crib or pack and play as I am traveling with a baby. I received a message saying it was noted. However when I arrived they said they had no idea and they don't communicate via booking.com messages so it wasn't them. They looked for a pack and play for about 15 minutes before one woman said they didn't have it. I said I would have to cancel and expected a full refund. A few minutes later the other woman appeared and had one, so we stayed. The room itself had a musty smell, like it was cleaned with a dirty mop or dirty mop water. Perhaps it was caused from the toilet as it didn't want to flush at all. I had to ask for a plunger and they only had 1 apparently, as I was asked to promptly return it to the front desk, in the plastic bag after i was done using it. There were other decent looking hotels right next door and across the street from this one. I would suggest maybe staying at one of those.
