Large nice rooms, limited space for parking on the property

Check in was a quick and easy process, room was clean and fully stocked. Love that they included a kitchenette, large bathroom and of course cable tv with wifi

Parking was terrible. The parking lot is absolutely too small. They had additional parking however it was not very convenient, it was located across the street in a parking deck

The staff was very friendly and very helpful when needed. Always had a smile on their faces.

Hidden fees! What the hotel fails to tell you until you check out is that they charge you to park at the hotel If you book this facility through this app or any other. They will hand you a parking pass when you check in and tell you this is for "our lot." When you check out of the hotel is when you find out that they have charged you 15 dollars per day of your stay with them just to park at the hotel.

Super quiet room, safe parking and exceptional staff.

Space and appointments within the room. plenty of hooks to hang clothes and bags and options for sitting and lounging and the bed was super comfortable.

room 401, the sink didn’t drain very well. I meant to leave a note about it in the room but I forgot. I wish breakfast ran till 10 or 11 as opposed to 9 as we are not early risers

Everything was AWESOME! Staff was polite and friendly! Everything was clean! We enjoyed our stay! :)

Our experience wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. It wasn’t firm, it was hard as a rock! The window sheer/ liner had a huge hole at the top.

Love the size of the rooms. Love that there was a little kitchenette in the rooms. Walking distance to restaurants.

Bed was not so comfortable. It was a little too firm for me.

The stay was lovely, and the staff were incredibly sweet.

I love the homy feel to it. The rooms were spacious with a wonderful sitting area. Loved that it was right by the river.

The parking. They we’re doing construction and had the main entrance blocked, which made it confusing on where to go.

Centrally located within walking distance to many downtown businesses. Lot’s to see and do.

Tearing down the bypass outside the hotel, caused loud booming and hotel shaking. Not the hotels fault but distracting and distributive just the same.
