We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. Our furbaby enjoyed her first stay in a hotel as well.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We traveled with our pet and it was easy with the room having the couch and 2 queen beds. We liked the bay behind the hotel and just across the street was the Ocean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Enjoyed the free fresh popcorn a few of the days we were there. We loved how dog friendly the hotel and town are.

This Hyatt Place is disappointing.

Location is great.

Seemed a bit older than most Hyatt Place hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was not too receptive to basic requests. Breakfast was not as pleasant as other locations.

Not Hyatt that I know or as I was expecting.

Many things. Not a seashore as the picture. Not as Hyatt I know. Space is smaller than I can expect, poor fitness room, covers are thin, not enough signs to show you elevators and rooms in the first floor especially. No space for any other playing areas.

Great for my children which got to enjoy the pool. Perfect for my baby and husband who got to nap.

Love the pool depth, perfect for my little ones. It was perfect because it's off season.

The place it's run down from the last time I traveled. It was beautiful 8 years ago. It felt like an upscale hotel then. Unfortunately, this time wasn't and housekeeping was hard to get because the availability was limited. The breakfast was not great either in terms of the selection. The staff at breakfast was great specially Mrs. Kathy.

The hotel was good but not sure it was worth the price I paid per night.

It was located conveniently to the beach.

Some of the rooms are located in awkward spots. We initially had a room facing the indoor pool! It was not great. And the room smelled like chlorine. We had our room switched immediately.

I do need to say that the coffee was horrible. Extremely watered down in the dining room. Coffee is the only thing I need in the morning and would appreciate. I ended up using the coffee maker in the room but we dont have access to the small dairy creamers without having to go all the way to the dining area. It would of helped if the cleaning staff had a supply of the creamers on the carts. Thanks for allowing me to let you know about this issue.

Location, breakfast, room size. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Requested a late check out and they approved very quickly and easily. Hotel is nice, clean and location is excellent to be able to walk to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Room was in west wing. VERY loud from restaurant/bar adjacent to hotel. Bathroom door and shower door would not stay closed. Also, hallway to our room is very smelly due to a leaking air conditioning unit that has the carpeting stained and damp.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times. We will come back. Usually we have a window looking outside.

We did not enjoy our only window looking at the pool. We will not make the huge mistake again.
