The location of the hotel is amazing, view of the lake especially at sunset, is incredible. They also have access to a private beach, which is very clean and not so crowded.
The Lakeview Queen room was very small for our family of 4, disappointing considering the price we paid. Wi-fi didn't work for first 2 days, which meant no netflix on tv as well. We had to call front desk multiple times to get it fixed. The bathroom shower had a broken valve, which we discovered the second day. The maintenance guy said he would recommend us changing rooms to front desk, they didn't bother following up to apologize or offer any rooms. We had to stop by and check, but we declined room change as kids were already settled in this room. There was noise from other room's tv at 10pm, either the walls were too thin or the occupants too loud. We decided to wait till 11pm to complain, thankfully the music died by then. House-keeping was inconsistent, first day they replaced tea/coffee cups, next day they didnt & we had to request new ones. We had requested extra blankets for kids, housekeeping took those away on second day & we had to request again that night & wait till they were delivered. The pool was not well cleaned with dead insects in it as well as in the hot tub.

The property appears to be a refurbishment. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept perfectly clean too! We also loved the shower! Very luxurious feel to the room overall. Restaurant was yummy and we did like the view from our room and the restaurant.
The room was tiny and the storage spaces were also quite small. Due to limited space to place things we felt cramped in our room. The noise level was horrible at times. Our neighbors above us woke us several times at night and in the am due to creeping floors and loud bangs. We tried to lay by the pool one day and the concert noises from down the street were overriding and competing with the soft, fun music from the hotel speakers. I’m taking crazy loud! It was unbelievably noisy outside. Also a large group of teens were parked beside the pool and the pot smell coming from their group was overwhelming. We had to just get up and leave the pool area. The beach access was just okay too. Nothing special.

The staff were super welcoming and friendly! The space is beautiful! The bathrooms are so luxurious, we had a moment where we felt like Lloyd and Harry in that fancy hotel Aspen haha! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel in the restaurant, and both meals were fantastic. The view of the lake was over-the-top gorgeous! 10 starts!

it’s located on the beach.
I booked a room facing the beach. that’s not what I got. The person who checked us in was rude, unaccommodating. It’s not worth what I paid.

The room was perfect; the dining room exceptionally nice, the food delicious.
One tiny thing could have been better: I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, but when we had breakfast (we were the first ones in there) the butter for the pancakes was still frozen solid. I said to my wife, "This is the one thing in our stay here that hasn't been perfect."

lovely clean hotel on the water with an amazing view, but the best part was the service. we loved the shuttle service, attentive housekeeping, coffee/hot choc available throughout the day, the fire pits, excellent food, and the positive front desk. they eagerly helped to store ski equipment and offered us sleds for the kids. thank you for a great stay!!

Lake front location couldn't be better, and the Staff were very friendly. Loved our lake view room and the restaurant had a fantastic breakfast. Our room had a fireplace which was super cozy, and the warm heated floor in the bathroom was welcome on our cold March stay.
Nothing to complain about for this property.

We had a lovely room with a lake view. Prices are on a higher end but I wasn’t disappointed. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant had great food. I recommend dining and breakfasting there.

everything was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. Came for my wifes 55th birthday but a small storm in the morning worried my wife about getting back over the hill, so we were only in Tahoe for less that 23 hour's, so that give you an idea of the relaxation that went on, as in none. Didn't even have time for a photo. Not the hotel fault, they were great and with any fortune maybe we can come again soon, but rather come during the week and save! Thank you guys for the hospitality!
