location, staff, beds are comfortable, Junioer, gym
I was a little disappointed to see that the hotel looks like it needs some “freshening up”. Scuff marks all over the walls (both in the room and in the hallway), dust on counters in the room, moldy shower curtain. honestly, I was surprised to see this because my previous two stays were fantastic and I really felt like that was staying at an upscale hotel. for the price, I’d expect that the hotel would be on top of the way things look so that guests feel like they are getting what they pay for as this is the most expensive hotel in Burlington.

The decor was gorgeous including the holiday decorations. The coffee bar on each floor was an excellent touch. The Juniper Restaurant was very nice including the decor, the staff and the food. The shower was hot, most of the time, and the water pressure was great. Loved the jigsaw puzzle set up in the lobby for guests to participate in and the complimentary snowshoes were a nice touch. Great location across the street from beautiful Lake Champlain and just blocks away from Church Street Marketplace and lots of food establishments.

Location was outstanding as were the facilities and restaurant.
Next time we will book a large room with more than one bed. Only complaint is lack of drawers for clothing.

the room was fine for 2 people.
However it was booked as a Deluxe King which sleeps up to 4 .
There was only a trundle bed and one King. If we needed to us the extra bed there would have been not enough space. that description of the room was deceiving.

Staff was friendly. Beds comfy. Charcuterie plate was delicious!
Room was not as clean as it should be nor as fresh. The lighting in the bathroom was abysmal. Couldn't apply makeup.
Our room needed a deep clean. Lots of dust! Some crud. Too grossed out to use the jacuzzi tub we paid extra for in the room. Coffee cups needed to be washed before using. Telephone was nasty 🤢

This is a fine hotel. Beautiful property, great staff and food. Also, one of our favorite restaurants (Hen of the Wood) next door.
It would put cell phone chargers in the rooms.

No free breakfast, but we bought a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is lovely. Very clean and very comfortable.

Juniper restaurant is terrific; had dinner and breakfast there. Wonderful, attentive servers
Disappointed that there was no housekeeping to make bed, etc., but understand that's due to Covid.
