It's a quaint little place with a lot of charm. The lady who works there was super welcoming and kind. There were always snacks available in the lobby as well as DVDs you could borrow. The room was clean and plenty of towels were provided.
The property needs some updating. The stone walkway in front of the lobby was uneven in places and could easily have been a tripping hazard for an elderly person. The rooms were small (which can't be changed) and not very "cozy". The mattress was too firm and there was very little space to move around. Another thing that was a bit frustrating were all the instructions that came with the electronics.

Location had no walking access to the close commercial center and lake. The room was not clean, cobwebs on curtains, bathroom overhead fan had thick dirty debris stuck to the inlet and two dead dried bugs on the floor. Trying to walk to the stores and lakeside although only about 150 yards was on a busy curving street no sidewalk and the road with almost no room off the pavement.

We had no toilet paper and no one at the front office to get any from.

good location. Free movies and popcorn.
Limited staff; had to wait to check in and to check out. Very limited breakfast items.

The room was quaint and comfortable. It had air conditioning and was quiet. I was in the "Pinky" room. They had snacks and breakfast items which was a nice perk. I really appreciated the service and attention of the host. I would stay here again because of her.
I didn't like that there was no designated handicapped parking. While there was parking close to my room when I checked in, when I returned late at night for a wedding I had to park down the hill and climb a lot of stairs to get to my room. The outside light didn't work and the heater in the room had obviously overheated (melted) and I felt was unsafe to use. Also, the toilet ran all night. I would not stay here again due to the parking/stair issue.

A cute little cozy place with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean and nicely decorated. The gal at the front desk was nice and helpful. Beautiful view from the front patio. Excellent price. Could walk to the village from our location.
The shower is plumed the wrong way. Hot is cold and cold is hot. Not a big deal, you just need to know.

We like the location near the Village. We came for the Arrowhead Concert series they have every year.
Liked having soda and water available in the lobby as well as some snacks.
Liked the ability to walk the village.
No issues.

Lynn was the most helpful, caring, pleasant hostess ever. Made the stay worthwhile.

The location of this property was very good - a nice walk into the town. The view was lovely and it was nestled slightly in the woods so we got to see some chipmunks. The girl running the desk was also very nice.
The room itself was the problem - so I cannot comment on other rooms. We got little to no sleep as the bed squeaked every time we moved, had spring poking out of it and the bedding was quite poor. It was very dark in the room, giving it an eerie feeling - it was also very hot, another reason for not being able to sleep, but as the room was so small - the very large aircon unit was placed right next to the bed - so if we had it on (could only work out one setting) it would have been too loud and aggressive so we had to have it off at night. It was clean - but it was so dated that it looked unclean due to old scuff marks everywhere.

The location was good
My first rooms toilet didn’t work. They moved us to another room. These rooms were like going back in time 50 years. Nothing has been updated including the bedding. The room had a stand-alone ac unit with a vent duck taped to a hole in the wall. This place is gross.

Walking distance to the village. The room was very clean. Staff very friendly. The front balcony community sitting area had a beautiful view of the lake.
The room was very small and pink. Pink everything! Walls, bedspread and old pink Victorian looking curtains. The Pink Room.
At 7am this noise from the other side of the wall prevented me from sleeping in. It was continuous and sounded like a pair of tennis shoes tumbling in a dryer over and over again.

Everything, not clean at all. Outdated. Shower curtain had mold on it. Hair on the floor and bathroom.

No breakfast just packaged muffins. Location was perfect next to lake
Room needed deep scrub. Dirt in corners of rooms. AC unit old and loud

This place is very run down looking and is in need of major renovation. The manager was friendly and helpful but the actual place itself was in very poor condition. Would not go back nor could I recommend to others
The manager was friendly and helpful and the location was good

Location is great, you can see the lake from the balcony.
It was a cute little inn, but in desperate need of an update. The lady working there seemed to be the only one running the whole place, and she was very stressed out and honestly, pretty rude. Our room wasnt ready at the time it was supposed to be because she was running the front desk but also cleaning the rooms. And then when our room finally was ready, it wasn't even that clean-- you couldn't take your shoes off or else the bottoms of your feet would turn black. I didn't use the shower either because it was a little moldy. It's a shame, I wanted to like this place but next time I'll just pay extra money to stay somewhere nicer.
