Barnett family Siesta beach stay

Great location Very nice to have the beach chairs set up daily and access to kayaks. The staff is great, helpful, and friendly The room is fully furnished with cooking utincels

would like to have the option to elevate the head of the bed. I think this speaks for many people with acid reflux or Gerd. Pillow was too hard for my preference

Just the location

The location is fine, additional services are very limited . Only breakfast is very good. Lunch is limited to the bar. You need to by your own groceries and cook and eat at the room .

Luxurious place

Loved this place!!! Wasn't impressed with the beach but I'm spoiled to clear water.. I would go back just to stay at the Hyatt

It was a beautiful hotel, however extremely overpriced for being significantly understaffed.

The view was fantastic! The room overall was beautiful. We had plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment.

The beach bar was overcrowded due to understaffing. The barkeeper had to leave periodically and cook the food as well as make drinks for at minimum 20 people at a time. In general staffing seemed to be an issue. Beach chairs and Amenties all closed at 3pm. We would be laying on the beach when the attendant would tell us to get off to collect them back in. Considering we paid $1000 a night customer service could have been significantly better.

We loved the condo. The beach was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The barmaid at the pool bar was wonderful.

we stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bath suite and the kitchen appliances and bathrooms were luxurious. we greatly enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets while having a meal on our balcony. if you’re looking for a family friendly vacation spot where you walk on to the softest sandy beach, clean, shallow waters, then this is the place to be! the pool was warm, clean and the staff always made sure you had a dry chair and were enjoying your stay. the property is in walking distance to great places to eat, drink, and entertainment

they were currently doing renovations and were painting so signs were down around the hallways and walls had wet paint all around

Disappointing

There was a Red Tide which we were not told about when booking this facility. The red tide made the water, beach and air outside toxic. It caused immediate symptoms related to that of a bad allergy attack. We couldn't use the beach or be outside longer than an hour. We were very disappointed that we were not informed of this red tide (it's been there for the past 6 months), because we could not use the facilities or beach to it's full capacity. It was a very expensive stay and no discount was offered. We will not book with bookings.com again.

Bookings.com should have told us about the red tide before we booked this hotel. A discount should have been offered since we couldn't use the beach and barely be outside for an hour by the small pool. We feel robbed of our money and will never again book with Bookings.com.

Beyond expectations. Was a wonderful Christmas celebration with family.

The 3 bedroom and 3 bath accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is to die for. It was all so roomy and just so much more than I had hoped for. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We certainly hope to come back next year. You could walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Captain Curts restaurant. And for ladies shopping I recommend Coconuts. All in walking distance. Was able to Uber to Flemings Restaurant.

Beautiful condo hotel, fair priced, great accommodations with stinky seaweed covering beach in front of resort

This is a vacation place with condo type accommodations. Every unit was multi bedroom and bath. it was clean, small (but nice) pool and nice accommodations. I think Siesta key is great location and area.

The beach in front of property was covered by seaweed and stank to high heaven. It was in June and extraordinarily hit. Neither of these things are in the control of this facility. You should definitely check to see if beach area is covered in seaweed; if so, you might need a different location.
