No breakfast
Cleanliness. No hair dryer. No evening staff on duty. Way overpriced. Sand all over floor. Leftover item from previous guests on floor.

Nice location, clean room

The room was clean and spacious
It served a purpose for 1 night, cheapest accommodation reasonably close to the airport.
We stayed in a Friday night, or room was near the bar/lounge/restaurant and it was noisy with a band playing, we were kept awake for hours, but our room was in close proximity. Ask for a room near the office! The music was great but the girls screaming was not!!!

キッチンの設備が全て揃っていて、家にいるのと変わらないぐらい調理しやすかった。
備え付けの食器にヒビが入っていて、使用の際に漏れて大変な事になった。次の日の朝、フロントに伝えて直ぐに交換してもらった。

The room is very big. The mountain view outside the window is good. The property is less than a mile from a shopping center with grocery stores and restaurants. The town has a very good vibe. Checking in and out was easy.
We got waken up by rooster crowing.
The room is so big that there should be more chairs for sitting.

The customer service of staff at location, prompt and helpful. The location so conveniently close to shopping/dining yet tucked away and outdoor amenities for sharing time was awesome. Spacious and super clean rooms with sweet coconut toiletries and coffee maker with Hawaii grown coffee.
The beds felt a little too hard. Parking at night was a little challenge, faded lines and low lighting in corner stalls.

The location is great. The place was clean. Appreciated having a mini fridge, ceiling fan and microwave. Our parking was right in front of our unit.
.
Had a musty smell in the room (like mildew), although it was clean.
My other half couldn't figure out how to get tv shows going, so we ended up not being able to enjoy tv time. Our parking stall was near a tree. In the morning, there was broken branches on the ground next to our vehicle as well as a hundred bird droppings on the ground surrounding our vehicle and all over our vehicle.
Also, the backside of the unit was filled with vehicles early in the morning .I could not open our curtains and enjoy the sunlight the next morning without a bunch of people staring into our unit. Zero privacy. They provided one small tube of shower gel for the 2 of us to share. I would recommend 1 per person.
The pillow seemed old and very uncomfortable. I did like the body pillow though. That was fine.

Nice location in a lovely town. Great TV options.
This was the third place we had stayed on the Big Island. It was the most expensive and had the fewest facilities. Only a coffee maker and a small fridge. The beds were very old and hard and made loud noises when anybody moved. It definitely wasn’t value for money.

Location is decent.
Mattress was very uncomfortable. The unit we stayed in was under another room and you could hear the upstairs tenants walking and talking late at night. If you stay here I would recommend that you get one of the one story rooms on the office side.

Zimmer ok
we didn’t get information about self-check in, although we arranged when booking. they promised we would get informations on the arrival day, but because of having a foreign number this didn’t work.
Information on the front door was not possible because of privacy!!
Nobody was reachable or called back. The opening hours didn’t match with the time you see on the homepage.
With luck we met an employee, who lives there- otherwise we had to sleep on the parking lot in in our car.

As our room was standard only and offered no cooking facilities, it was good to have use of a BBQ. The bathroom space was nice and big.
There were crawling bugs in our room which wasn't so nice. I asked for some plates to borrow but none were available. Our room did not have a microwave which was also unfortunate. Luckily we had use of a BBQ which was perfect.

night time check in
Roaches, babies crawling over the furniture with the bigger mommies out at night. the only reason I stayed was because a brought encapsulated mosquito net tent that saved the day after a long flight til 10pm

The location is ideal. There are restaurants, a grocery store, and a great coffee stand all within a mile or less of the hotel. The place is well kept, clean, and easy to find with ample parking.
The beds were really hard! I like a firm mattress, but this was way beyond that. It was almost like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a thin blanket over you. I do not know if all the rooms had beds like this.. There is also a home behind the hotel with roosters, and since there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open to cool off the room. Once the sun comes up, those roosters are letting you know!
