THIS place deserves ZERO stars. I booked for a weekend trip. Realized we could not go & called to cancel 2 days later. The lady on the phone said "it's fine". I asked if I needed cancelation number, she said "it's fine". I asked if she was sure I didn't need to do anything else, & again, response "it's fine". I got an email from them 4 days prior to prior canceled vacation to remind me of vacation. Thinking it odd, I got online & canceled again. I got an email today stating they would not refund any of the $500 they charged me despite canceling TWICE. I called directly & the man was VERY VERY RUDE & basically told me too bad. RUDE, CRUDE, & SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I can't imagine what the service is like. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am a clinically licensed psychotherapist, so compassion, negotiation, empathy, understanding; & non-judgmental are personality & behavioral traits that are consistent with my career & personal core. So......🤷🏼‍♀️

Location. Little bit of remodeling.
Comforters that were on the bed smelled completely like old coffee. Coffee spots along bottom end of bed. Coffee or some type of liquid in my second room on floor. I paid 958$ for 2 rooms for 2 nights. I didn’t expect a lot since it was a hotel almost in middle of no where but the beds were definitely not clean. I literally had to just put it all on the floor and sleep with a sheet. The comforters weren’t even white anymore they were yellow. :( the older gentlemen that was there when I checked in at night seemed to care more than the other guys.

Location was perfect. Hotel was very clean.
I had to cancel 2nd night of our stay. I called and left a message. No return call. Booking.com website was little to no help. Sent an email to property through Booking.com which hotel never seemed to have received. Was able to cancel when I arrived.

staff tried to make it right lots of excuses
my room was never cleaned then moved to 2 more rooms after a long period. Evening clerk was new and unsure of if rooms ready. Night clerk gave a discount but apologized she couldn't give me more and manager didnt amend bill to reflect different room rate and for all the troubles.
Breakfast when I went in there were no eggs.

Comfy beds and spacious rooms
Ripped bed sheets and mattress protectors, dead bugs in the hallways and carpets, stained towels and linens, no security lock on door, limited breakfast options, pool was cloudy and over chlorinated with no towels.

I loved that the staff was friendly and helped you with any questions.
It was supposed to be a heated pool and it wasnt.

The location was within easy distance of our destination and it was very clean.
Our room was directly over the pool and we could hear everything from the pool in our room.

we didn’t end up staying. when we got to the hotel we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before the worked pulled back up with her car. she completely abandoned d the hotel. i did not feel safe at all. there was nobody else there at all.
That the worker left the property. there was nobody staying at the hotel. it seemed abandoned.

Location was great in relation to holidayworld. Breakfast was actually decent. The beds were sooooo comfortable.
Breakfast area was SO crowded. Lines took a long time and had to eat in our room. (It was Labor Day weekend though) the pool area was super drafty which made it pretty cold even though the water was fairly warm. Was charged a pet fee even though we did not bring a pet or sign a pet agreement. This was corrected!

I love Quality Inn they're usually very nice when I choose to stay there.
The breakfast usually takes too long because there is never enough waffle irons which seems to be a crowd favorite. Maybe in the future there can be another on add to make breakfast go more smoothly.

It wasn’t very clean
Had I known I could’ve stayed at a Marriott or Hilton property about 15 miles down the road I would’ve. It only would’ve cost about $100 more for the 2 night stay! Even though it would’ve made it 20 miles from Holiday World, it would’ve been worth it!
And the free breakfast sucked

The closeness to holiday world was nice.
It felt muggy in the room and you had to ask for turn down service.

As soon as we stepped foot into our room my baby boy(1Yrs old) and myself became really sick...We couldn't even enjoy ourselves at Holiday World we had to leave out the park just to sit in the car for hours while my other 2 kids and fiance stayed inside to enjoy themselves...The worst ever!!!!
properly clean and sanitize their rooms!!!

It was close to places to eat and to the interstate.
The pool was pretty dirty but still swimmable.
