The room was super clean. Loved it. However no amenities in the bathroom, no soap- not enough towels. If you request towels you have to do a towel swap - the soap being your own. Their soap is low quality. Very disappointed in that area
The property needs a bit more up keep. It’s an old property and some things are broken. Like the elevator bottoms, the bathroom shows needed to be re gutted, or re plastered. Shows signs of tear and wear

This hotel was GROSS and HORRIBLE that we didn't stay there an half an hour. We went and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Stafford, Texas the entire trip until June 23. The person at the front desk at the Comfort Inn was also unclean. I suggest that you don't book anyone at the Comfort Inn because it it's FiLTHY and has BUGS

Should push it to 11 am.
good aircon. It was very efficient. the couch was old and worn out. The tub does not have for a bath..We can only do shower.
bath room rug was missing.

Nice property, good location
The pool chairs were all broken, it wasn’t a good sight and surely inconvenient
My son left his headphones- after 30 min on hold with the hotel, they said they don’t ship and hung up on him :(

it was pretty clean
the staff was not good and the front desk guy had an attitude for no reason and didn’t make you feel welcomed will never come back to Houston or this hotel, you have to make a deposit that they don’t tell you about on this app until you come. would not recommend!

Breakfast was okay. Scrambled egg was too hard (maybe cooked too long) and susages were too salty and not fresh.
The room ws not bright enough since there were not enough bulbs. For example, no light for the TV table (stand), no light on the ceiling and the light next to the sofa wasn't bright enough for reading.

Ran out of breakfast food.

The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy.
Everything was out of order... no laundry room, buttons in the elevator were broken, only one waffle maker worked, so there was always a line... there was an intense smell in our room we couldn't get rid of. The breakfast was meh. The staff could not help with the simplest requests... they wouldn't even print out a receipt! They told me online that early check-in was $25. I was charged $200. And they did a $100 incidentals charge for every day I was there ($300). That was a lot upfront! I'm hoping that money is returned quickly!

I loved the bed it was super comfortable and felt so clean.
I didn't like the smell coming from the carpet. Their carpet could use a good cleaning.

All was fine except the breakfast.
At breakfast, the waffle iron was not funtioning properly because it was not CLEAN. The waffles would stick and be shredded. This should be fixed ASAP!

it is good.
When I booked the hotel and requested to check in early. I received response from from hotel that said "we will arrange for you to check in from 12pm to 3pm". I came in at 1pm and the staff told me the room wasn't ready until 3pm.
