What I didn’t like was a 50. Dollar extra deposit after you have gotten there !

Seems like ever since Covid hotels have went by the way side. A good breakfast such as scrambled eggs bacon pancakes not fast food would bring more repeat customers. Everything else was great!

Berlin Carriage House and Inn are awesome! Definitely recommend highly!

We stayed at the Carriage House, and loved it! We were walking distance to all of the shopping, our room was very spacious and clean, and on such a quiet street off of the shopping strip! The staff was very friendly and helpful at the Inn, and the breakfast was great!

Not the worst, not the best

The hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff was very nice.

Breakfast was not that exciting. Left to eat elsewhere. I felt the staff at the desk were not very welcoming. They made you feel as if you were an inconvenience.

Proximity to shops

Staff at front desk was not friendly and property needs updated. Bath fixtures flooring and counter original to property.

This is our second stay at Berlin Heritage Inn but not our last!

The location, the price, the breakfast, our room had entrances to the hallway (inside) and the parking lot (outside) and the staff. You have access to coffee 24/7. Everything was great.

There was not anything we just didn’t like.

Only stay at the hotel, not the house.

Place clean. Plenty of parking spots.

We stayed in their remote house. The previous morning was down in the 20s. The heat was not on in our room. Really cold. After 2+ hrs the room was still cold so we switched rooms. It was better but the small heater AC unit was still struggling to heat the room plus the bathroom. Skipped the shower in the morning due to temp.

That it was pet friendly. Plenty to eat for breakfast.

The beds were hard. The door to the bathroom hit on the toilet when closed. Then I had to ask for a seat riser for my mother. We couldn't close the bathroom door. Maybe put the door to open out or a pocket door or an accordion style door?

This hotel had easy check-in, and was nicely appointed and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very clean and comfortable; we stayed at the Carriage House and it was quiet and away from the traffic and bustle of town. We would return.

I have food allergies (dairy and gluten) and the breakfast was abundant and varied, but there was little I could eat.

Overnight in Berlin.

Perfect location. Helpful, kind, and engaged staff. Lovely views, especially from the breakfast room. Lobby is inviting. Sizeable accommodations in the Carriage House (off-site). Received a tour of the main facility when I asked about hosting a retreat in their large meeting room. Immediate response to inquiries. Very quiet accommodations. Much appreciated respite.

Would have appreciated having the heat turned on in the room before we arrived. Took a while to heat up. Icy steps in the a.m. at the Carriage House. Overhead and wall vents/fans need better dusting. (Often overlooked in general...even in people's homes.) Otherwise, the property was clean and well-maintained.

Everything! Staff and room were a wonderful surprise... Exceptionally accommodating, welcoming, terrific value, and extremely clean and well presented. My new number one choice in accommodation for future trips.

Wish my schedule would have allowed for more than a one-night stay.

Perfect place to stay for a girls getaway or a couples trip!

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean and quiet. My friend and I were even to walk from this location to most of the places we wanted to visit even the little coffee shop a couple blocks away.

I really do not have any negative things to say. This was my first time staying in one of the rooms inside. I have stayed here in the past and ways stayed in one of the rooms with their own entrance and honestly I like those better just for convenience is all. I chose to stay at one of the inside ones this time just to try it but again no negative.

Winter getaway

The location is perfect. The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The only noise we heard with neighbors and being on the lower level was an occasional car door.

This isn't really what we didn't like it's just personal preference. If you are ok with a cold breakfast, toast and some heatable selections you wil bel fine. We were looking for some hot selections. Again totally personal preference.

This property receives high marks and I recommend it to everyone.

The room and facilities were very clean and in pristine condition, and our room was spacious as well as comfortable . The afternoon and morning wait staff were very professional and pleasant. The free breakfast was well arranged with many good food options compared to other hotel free breakfasts.
