Location, great view to the beach, very short distance to beach, kids loved the pool

no measuring cup or spoons, no muffin pan, all the tracks on closets swung out/not attached. Need new bed pillows

The cleanliness. There was mold on the vent is the bedroom, the vent was missing in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, the one bed literally had part of cement block holding it up. This place definitely is out of date and needs some serious cleaning

This place was right on the beach. Beach not real crowded - almost like a private beach. Location is close to shops and restaurants.

The property is in a great location .

BEWARE! Not all of the units are created equal - the one we booked originally (201) was terrible. Dirty rug, crappy bathrooms, old appliances and cabinets....knob missing on door - disgraceful for how much they were charging. Management was great- moved us to another unit that was clean and updated. So makes a big difference as to what unit you get because all individually owned .

Close to the beach, great location.

No parking, too small for my truck. Gave me a hard time for covered parking during a hurricane. Even put a tow warning on m.y truck after I paid all that money!

Great location with parking.

Location

Booked with option of 2 twin beds in extra bedroom and had a trundle which kept moving. Had to tie together to prevent falling down the middle. Trundle not ideal with teenagers

We have been going to Vistas for years; this unit had some issues, but we would come again.

The bathrooms needed updating - we had no hot water in one of the showers the last 2 days. Some of the furniture was in bad shape (the arm of the chair in the living room was broken) and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There was little policing of the rules for guests - one night a loud family party that took over the pool area went on until after midnight.

We had a decent stay the amenities were different from what stated though.

The space was roomy and very nicely set up

I didn’t appreciate the false advertising when I booked this rental it was supposed to be ocean front. Instead it was Bay view which is okay but had I known I wasn’t getting ocean front or at least ocean view from our balcony I could have booked somewhere else much cheaper

Absolutely lovely. Well worth the asking price.

Incredibly friendly staff, quality amenities, easy process for check-in/out, very clean rooms,

Noise control was absent, especially with boomboxes by the poolside. There were also weird spats between other guests in the parking lot at night. These are both things that (marginally) are out of the facilities' control, but some sort of reinforcement of the noise poolside would be appreciated.

Unit 411 was amazing. perfect size for our family. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Great Location to get anywhere in St. Pete.

Location and beach area perfect

The location and beach was perfect. Nothing was crowded and easy to get to. We will definitely be back. We had everything we needed in condo for the beach and kitchen was fully stocked.

The condo was fully stocked but would recommend some extra covers and new mattress on the king bed or a topper. It was so hard and we sleep horrible.. My kids don't share covers so it was a struggle all week with them. We flew in so our luggage was light. Next time we know to pack more.

Beautiful location right on St Pete's beach, very well set apartments perfect for families.

Perfect location right on St Pete's beautiful beach, elevator, fully equipped, clean apartments. Quiet. Easy parking, stores nearby, 45mn to Busch gardens and other parks. Some apartments even have beach chairs and toys included.

This is very convenient -- we didn´t need charm or arquitecture.

Unit could use some work

Location is great! Beautiful view from oceanfront condo. Very short walk to the beach.. Elevator access is convenient. Quiet at night.

This specific condo-unit 303 was not quite as nice as others I've stayed at in the past. It smelled very strong of some kind of air freshener that gave me a headache. The furniture wasn't very comfortable. The main bed is broken and being held up by industrial size t.p. rolls, which we saw while checking under the bed to make sure we didn't forget anything. It rained hard 1 day and the water was leaking into the living room from the back sliding door. Unable to use any streaming applications on the t.v.'s. Bathrooms were both small and not very clean looking. Downstairs in smoking area, the smokers butt hutt isn't cleaned our regulary and caught on fire at 1 point. My husband had to fill a bucket of water and pour it down, to extinguish the butts that caught fire.

The room and location were excellent. I also liked that they provided chairs, an umbrella, boogie board and ect. for use on the beach.
