No problem wish I could get discount to stay longer

The location was good. Food was right there and a store.

I didn't like that my TV was not working correctly and that the people next to me was loud al night. I didn't get much rest and they had dogs that 💩 at my door and I could smell the dogs though the walls. And a lot of roaches. The ice machine didn't work. I really think I need some of my money back.

It was in a convenient location; near a lot of restaurants and stores.

It was dated, needed some repairs and some things replaced

The 2 bathroom and bed was separate from livingroom

The toilet wasn't flushing only one of them and the wall in the living room needed to be cleaned

The water pressure in the shower was low

No breakfast they only had coffee

ROACHES IN THE ROOM. SHADY PEOPLE WHO APPEARED TO LIVE THERE TRYING TO CASE MY ITEMS/BELONGINGS.

The whole room. It was dirty. Bathroom door was broken. A/C was leaking water through the inside. Lamps weren’t working properly and bedcovers were stained and worn out. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was slow and not very friendly.

The front desk staff was really hospitable, well meaning and kind.

I disliked everything except the staff. The hotel is poorly kept, has a bug infestation, and is not cleaned properly. I requested a room change almost immediately because the first room I was given had hundreds of gnats, a backed up foul smelling sink, and though unconfirmed suspected bed bugs. I was quickly accomadated, which I appreciated. In both rooms, the walls, floors, and headboard were all covered in easily cleaned stains. My sheets, though clean, also had stains. Their were also german cockroaches and gnats throughout the room. I purchased cleaning products and bug spray to clean my room before sleeping in it. This hotel needs a major over haul! I would not recommend it to anyone. Reviews I read mainly commented on the age of the facility, and I expected it to be older and maybe not cosmetically upkept, but no, it is dirty and old.

my room had roaches they were on the bed with my kids in middle of night , also a few in bathtub we left at 6 am , spider webs and spiders in top corner of room .
