Great location and room facilities. Great view of the street and lovely kitchen area. Heating /cooling good
Stairs to top floors might put some travellers off. Could use a bit more cooking equipment
4.2
Very trendy area. I appreciated the paper supplies in the unit. This is probably a good property for young people. Laundry was great, but we were the first to clean the filter in dryer from several loads.
I should have checked this property more, I only, learned we would use stairs and that we were on the top floor. I was not familiar with Boston, so I had idea apt 6 was on the top. My husband and I are 70 and just under 70 we didn't know we would almost have a heat attack getting our luggage up 50 stairs. There was supposed to be a pull out sofa but it was a trundle. The staircase was ridiculous narrow. There were dirty laundry bags at the bottom of the stairs for days. The front door was not latched, we corrected it every time we went and returned, but when we came back,we just pushed it open. Our view was only an alley and it was very noisy late after 1 am. AC was hard to adjust. Bathroom was warm because of sky light.
Check instructions were perfect, but should have been received at booking, not just before arriving.

I've lived in Boston off and on for over 15 years and this is easily the best location ever! What a gem of a spot.
-Parking spot out back for extra fee but so convenient for city parking
-Comfortable bed
-Quiet floors/hallway/quiet from street noise
-Great apartment layout
-Super clean
-AC worked phenom
HIGHLY suggest :)

Awesome location; great responsiveness from staff; loved having a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.
It was noisy. The people upstairs sounded like they started playing a football game a couple of the mornings we were there. And I know it’s just a function of being in an urban setting, but it seemed like there were garbage trucks operating at strange hours.
4.2
The unit was perfect..and loved the view from our window.Lots of extra towels and bedding too
Maybe the stairs ..lol.But once you got into the room it was worth 5 flights
4.2
Loved the location and the apartment itself, it had everything we needed and expected.
4.2
Location was stellar! Close to everything and convenient for all of our Boston adventures. Bonus that the T was a mere block away.
Very clean, comfortable linens.
Master bedroom was comfortable and had plenty of space for clothing storage.
Great to have access to a small kitchen so as to meet the need of traveling with a family.
Not clear that the “pull out couch” listed in the rental was a trundle bed. Did not stay stationary and kept rolling back under the bed. Perhaps ok for a young child but no one more than 80 pounds.
Would have been great to have basic kitchen items included such as salt and pepper or cooking spray.
4.2
Location was good, i appreciated the card and wine left
There was no lotion available or other things typically available at hotels. Some water, lotion or hair cap would have been nice. There wasnt a safe place to leave a suitcase after checkout. I was there for a conference and wished thatch had allowed even the chance to check out later since i checked in very late at night.

Great view and location
There was NO Internet for 2 days and no solution was offered. I asked to be reimbursed and got no response. No elevator.
4.2
Location was Perfect !! Hotel team was great, supportive. Room was very clean, would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The apartment was very warm and heating was difficult to control so it became a bit uncomfortable to sleep / early in the morning
4.2
Location is good
The shower never was warm enough.
4.2
Best location hands down on Newbury Street! Close to a Trader Joe's. Walking distance from New England Conservatory and Berklee College of Music. Very comfortable bed. Also, teens found sofa bed comfortable. Quiet apartment even though on busy street. Nice added touch was the coffee.
4.2
having coffee there was nice; great location; easy access to room
Sofa bed is not comfortable. Then again, I'm not sure I've ever seen one that is.
4.2
was confortable and safety place
4.2
Location was great, and self check in was easy
Sheets/ blankets were not provided for the 2nd bed.
Some were delivered day 2, but only a single blanket. The bed (pull out couch) itself is also quite uncomfortable. Not good for adults.
4.2
great location, neat.
public areas are a bit messy

We stayed in Aparment 3 which overlooked the street. Lovely neighbourhood, close to transport and lots of restaurants/shops. Great facilities - kitchen, washing machine/dryer. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Easy instructions for access to the property. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
Nothing to comment here - we were really happy with our stay.
4.2
location and cleanliness
traffic noise, sirens

Right on Newbury Street, this apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring Boston on foot. There is extensive shopping with bars and restaurants right outside the front door.
Kitchen lacked a kettle (although there were tea bags…) so tea involved a sauce pan. No internal doors (apart from the bathroom) so one person can’t watch tv while another person is sleeping.
4.2
In-unit laundry, full kitchen, and complimentary coffee and coffee filters made the stay perfectly comfortable
Our unit was on the back side, so the view was nothing special.....but just outside the front door was great shopping and restaurants.
4.2
Very stylish and comfortable for my husband, myself and our 17 year old son who slept on the pull out while we visited Boston and toured some colleges. Great layout and furnishings. Wonderful street.
For those who plan to cook, you must bring everything food-wise. The cupboards have just cookware and flatware. No salt and pepper or oil.
4.2
Great location, honoured credit note and sorted hairdryer issue.
Only a blanket for spare bed, no sheets. Poor quality towels.
4.2
Great location! The apartment is comfortable, nicely decorated, modern and it has all the basics for a short stay in beautiful Boston. Newbury street has plenty of shopping and dining options, and it’s very well connected to public transportation.
Wifi didn’t work on Android phones. The washing machine didn’t work either. In case of any questions or needs, it’s better to call the staff, as they were not responsive through the Booking.com app. There was no elevator, which was problematic only when we needed to carry our luggage.

Location was perfect!
We were on the top floor. Walk up. It was fine, It is the only negative i could think of, and it was really not bad.
4.2
Excellent service and response time
4.2
location was best but no TV and the wi-fi was lousy. Kep dropping
You do need a small lift.
As above- walking up the stairs
No TV- lousy internet connection. Does not worker
Dishwasher did not work.
4.2
