This was a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

The person at reception was very friendly, and the rest of the staff I encountered were generally polite as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and all of the facilities worked well.

The breakfast was a great disappointment. It consisted of bread slices, cereals, milk, coffee, and orange juice. No eggs, bagels, potatoes, ham, bacon, or gravy, at least some of the above which is what I would usually expect in a hotel breakfast (or at the very least, a cheese and cold cuts meat spread). Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which I usually see in every hotel that I visit these days.

Very comfortable place to stay. Felt safe

This was a very nice place. Choosing places on line is a gamble. This was very acceptable. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was okay, similar to other motel/hotels. Staff was helpful in accomodating our request for room that didn't have a low level toilet. Others we stayed at were too low for older folks and no grab bar to help. Location was reasonable though more out of the way than I expected.

The room and stay were great. Loved the fact that there was a waffle iron in the kitchen area for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like that the floor would creek when we would would walk on it. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

It sucked to be honest. Not even flat budget motels had this poor amenities or service.

Location was sketchy at best, parking was confined, service was mediocre, and the room was not to expectation: the bathroom shower head was leaking and spraying water outside of the curtain and into the room. The breakfast was poor for advertising a “continental breakfast” for cereal and prepackaged danish.

Nice and quiet just perfect. The room was larger than expected so that was a plus.

The cleaning definitely seemed like a rushed process. it was hair in the bathroom and spa tub that I had to clean.

Great Night Sleep!

Front desk was great! He recommended a great Mexican restaurant! Room clean! I loved that the sheets were NOT strongly scented with laudry product.

No coffee maker in room! No hand held shower Pillows worn out We drank coffee and orange juice and ate tangerine. I am gluten intolerant so I could not eat anything else. In spite of the items above we enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel.

Loved this place overall + would def stay again

Super comfy beds + pillows, the front desk staff was amazingly nice when we checked in after midnight, breakfast was good, great water pressure in the shower + big towels

Curtains are too short so room wasnt completely dark, no blow-dryer available in the bathroom, our room faced the street so it was a little noisy

Good stay,we always choose Soluna when we visit El Paso

Location was perfect. We never made it to breakfast due to sleeping in.

We kept having problems with the key cards,we kept having to go back to service desk to get in our room. It was pretty frustrating
