The beds were soo comfortable! Romina was working the front desk and was exceptional. She definitely deserves some recognition. I have never dealt with anyone as good as her when checking into a hotel. The room was nice, clean, and above our expectations. This will be the hotel we stay at everything we come to Twin Falls.
The hot tub was warm but not as hot as most. Could really benefit from it being several degrees warmer.

Staff and breakfast
I misunderstood soda bed. We never did get it pulled out

Comfortable bed, ample parking.
Distance from freeway.

Wonderful place. The only problem I found was the Jets on the hot tub did not work right. They would only stay on for about 2 or 3 minutes.

Leaky shower, breakfast was not good

The breakfast was great! My work schedule only allowed me a limited time to eat because of how early I had to leave and breakfast started at 6 am. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Not to mention having a nice Pool and Spa area to relax in after a long day of working. Definitely would stay here again if I ever needed to.
The pillows were only of the down variety which I am not a fan of, so other pillow types would have been nice if they were available. The Pool/Spa area did not have key card access so it was accessible to anyone who walked in, therefore not being exclusively for hotel residents.

The hot water would NOT get quite warm enough for a hot shower.

The breakfast was the best part..
Best lunch so comfortable.

Breakfast.
Beds weren't that comfortable seem extra small?

The staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. Breakfast was good.
The room was not up to par for the money it cost. It had an old funky smell, and the sheets did not feel or smell fresh and clean.

Pool, location, room, clean.
Very clean and nice room and staff but Didn't restock toilet paper/essential items all the way, pool closed at 11 instead of being 24/7 but not a big deal.

The fellow setting up the breakfast was late. 6:20. He had longish hair. Needed a hair net. Also after our long day of driving we were disappointed there was no restaurant for dinner within walking distance

I liked the staff and breakfast. The hotel was very clean as well.
The hot water took forever to get hot. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be. Hallway noise was easily heard in the room.

For $230, I was hoping to have a sample of lotion. They did provided me with a wine bottle opener delivered to my door, which was nice. The price was not I agreed to when booking online. I should have inquired if staying on the top floor (I was asked for preferences) during check-in.
Extra fees and not letting me know of extra fees for answering which floor I’d like to be in.

1. Free breakfast, was nice
2. Bathroom soaps in dispenser reducing waste, such a good idea
3. Swimming pool, nice temperature and clean
4. Parking space, free and plenty
5. Location, was great. Nice and close to our points of interest: parks, restaurants, views and some where walkable
1. 1st room assigned to us was behind noisy elevator. From previous experience, we did not use the room & immediately requested another
2. Replacement room smelled really strong. The heavy greasy food odors stayed during our whole stay. We tried to air it out, it did not work
3. Very slow bathroom sink drain, it felt gross to see while brushing and washing
4. Breakfast ran out of hot items, it took a while to refill considering the short window of time for breakfast. And the fruit basket had rotten produce in it

Great!
