Pay the extra money to stay somewhere nice

The price was the only good thing smh

I really wish I would’ve read the reviews before I jumped on booking this room because of the price. I will never do that again because of this room. I booked it for the weekend and ended up leaving and requesting a refund a half hour after getting into the room, the lampshades were mangled the sheets were dirty. The window was literally plexiglass and I did not feel safe having my family there at all. I’m thankful that I got a refund as easy as that was. Obviously it wasn’t the first time that someone requested a refund as soon as they checked in.

Need Better Management & Cleaniness Skills

Nothing at all

The rooms were dirty, sheets & blankets for the bed were dirty due to their washing machine being broke. Instead of putting brand new linens they continuously washed it on the broken washing machine. Just a terrible experience. We ended up not staying there & had gotten a refund to find another room that was well suited for us & most importantly clean !!

The staff was polite.

the rooms was very run down, paint was peeling off the walls and doors, they didn’t have any ice buckets, no hair dryer, people argued through the night and the smell of cigarettes came through the vents (me and my husband do not smoke), the beds are very uncomfortable and made out of springs, the breakfast is not appetizing, people stand outside the room door and talk and play loud music all throughout the night, the bathtub was dirty, all the lights didn’t work in the room.

it was disgusting found drugs (looked to be meth) in the room laying on a bed no surfaces were clean beds had random trash on the shower looked like it had boogers and all kinds of nasty stuff everywhere and black mold tooth paste on the mirror.

I was comfortable and the important things were clean but the general conditions were pretty bad.

older property which is going through a MUCH needed renovation

They have rooms available that aren’t ready to house guests. There is no where to sit other than the bed. There are no racks to hang clothes. The old laminate floor is separated at several places in the room. The outside of the building is in desperate need of paint.

The none of the utilities work such as the toilet clogs the tubs were clogged the sinks underneath the sinks in the room that was actually leaking every time I went to use the water the floors are discussed they need to be swept and mopped thoroughly
