Liked the size of the room.
Wish there was a bar area downstairs but certainly enjoyed the rooftop one.

It was clean and nice.
The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. Front desk and manager was rude. I booked from booking.com and staff didn’t know how to check me in waited 4 hours to get a room.

very clean, good location
maybe the entrance to the place is not very obvious

Every staff member I encountered during my 2 days stay (about 7 of them) were friendly, helpful, and always asked if there was anything I needed (which is rare in today's world of customer service). They were so friendly I found my conversations with them much longer than I usually have (and I travel a lot in this area). I like the different choices at breakfast, the bistro-like muffins were amazing, as was the breakfast sandwiches & they were so easy to grab and go I really appreciated not having to really think about how to eat on the go.
I thought it was a bit odd that there was a thermostat on the wall, but when I attempted to adjust it the ac/heat didn't respond. It was only when I called downstairs and the maintenance guy came up, to show me the previous maintenance guy switch the actual controls for the ac/heat were on the actual ac/heater that I was able to get the room to cool down a bit from the 78 degrees it was when I entered it. A sign or something to let people know that would have been nice.

Location in the Gulch
1) The shower temperature kept changing from very cold to very hot for no reason. For 3 straight days taking a shower was impossible!!
2) Breakfast was subpar. Our trip continued at a Hamilton Inn where the breakfast was far better!!
2.0
Bed comfortable
Bad location for activities
Building construction across street using jackhammer
Way overpriced
My bath and body spray was taken while we were out

The bed was comfortable. We stayed in a King Suite. The Refrigerator/ microwave was clean and working. The rooms are sound proof so less noise. Whoever checked us in was a bit unprofessional but all in all good customer service.
The room was clean besides the bathroom shower & floor a little too much hair left behind for me. We stayed 1 night & our card was charged $250 for a hold. The money was taken off the card immediately and then you have to wait until they refunded back to you. Currently still waiting on the refund. We checked out July31st. Also the price of parking is $30-35 dollars.

The room was clean and spacious.
There is a lot of construction nearby. It felt like it was not in a good neighborhood.

Facility was very nice. Enjoyed the rooftop after dark. Breakfast was good and I was provided gluten free muffins on request. For those with celiac disease they should have been left in their separate packaging instead of put out in a case with other muffins. But thankful for them!
Thought the price was high as the location was OK, but not a short walk to the main attractions. Also, prefer not to pay for parking.

Close to downtown

The staff was fantastic
Impossible to get in and out of the hotel because of location. There was construction and its just a mess.

All of the staff were very friendly and attentive!
The restaurant on the roof had poor service.

The check in staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean when we arrived. The rooftop bar was great to have as an alternative if you didn't want to get a car and go to Broadway. Close proximity to the airport (15 min ride) Overall, the stay was good and hotel were good for the price we paid.
Booked two rooms and they were on different floors, which wasn't convenient, as we were traveling with friends. The breakfast was okay. Some things seemed stale and not fully stocked. A lot of construction outside of our room, so it was noisy. I know that's not the hotels fault, but it was just something worth noting. The location is more laid back if that is what you're looking for, which isn't a con, but it's about a 7 min Uber or 10-15 min walk to Broadway. The room (king bed) was smaller than expected, but it was fine for two people. The sick in our room was cracked and it looked like it was fixed in a hurry, might need a little more TLC.

Staff wonderful.
Clean.
Continental breakfast.
Nothing in area worthwhile

The room was clean.
The hostess couldn’t find our reservation and we had to wait for half an hour till she called someone and asked how to find a reservation. There was not much food to eat at breakfast. The location is not great, our room had a construction site view. Tesla chargers were taken by non-electric cars because of valet person’s decision. Not staying there again.

good size rooms, good breakfast, staff was friendly
there was only one small garbage can in our room, we had to request housekeeping, ran out of toilet tissue, someone took one of our chocolate bars we purchased (we didn’t report), ironing board was broken.

The breakfast was great and plentiful. The hotel is very clean and central to the area. A quick uber downtown is easy. It is walkable for people who enjoy walking.
I did not like that the pool was no longer available. It was covered and is now a business centre. I did not enjoy being charged extreme rates after confirming my rate and even shortened my stay by one night.

Location was good
Our fridge didn't work and they came and unplugged it and plugged it back in and said that would fix it. It did start to run fort about five minutes. I then told then itt want working again and no one ever came back to fix it. We had to live out of over bucket for three days. Was terrible

Breakfast was good. I do miss the waffle maker. Eggs could have been better. But all and all it was good. The staff were great. From the front desk to house keeping, to management
I wish the gym was bigger. But better than nothing. The treadmills were good. Just a word of help. The treadmills need to be cleaned. Vacuum under and around them. They will last longer
