Just what you need

Breakfast was good. They should stop using the syrup they use. It is watered down. Room service was responsive to our needs. Parking is free. The TV swerves to the couch area or sleeping area. The hotel had a pool that was well heated. It has a refrigerator and microwave.

The mattress in the let out couch is extremely uncomfortable. It should not be counted as an extra bed and they need to be removed. Room service should handle dishes. There were not enough towels in our room. There is one switch that controls the other lights. My kids kept pressing it and this turns the bathroom light off. Location was not as close to some of the venues/museums as I thought it was.

Cercano a donde iría de visita. Mayormente limpio y todo funcionaba con normalidad.

No hay cobijas para arroparse, las sábanas de la cama muy rústicas, falta más iluminación en los pasillos (un poco tenebroso) la entrada al hotel está en construcción y es muy peligroso y muchos problemas con el wifi. Estaba durmiendo y de arriba escuché golpes fuertes y rompieron la lámpara del baño donde me estaba quedando, quedó a pedazos. Al momento del check-in me descontaron 100$ más del monto de la habitación por si hay “daños” espero no me cobren nada porque no fue mi culpa, bajé inmediatamente a recepción y les conté lo ocurrido y un señor muy amable de mantenimiento recogió todo y me dijo que.no se me cobraría nada.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to provide feedback regarding the housekeeping services. Despite requesting that our room be cleaned, the service was not satisfactory. The housekeeper only rearranged the same used bedsheets instead of replacing them with fresh ones. Additionally, no new towels were provided. I found myself having to go to the front desk at 11:45 pm to fetch towels myself. Moreover, the used bedsheets caused skin irritation for my 3-year-old son, which is particularly concerning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the housekeeping standards for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Not worth the money I spent

It wasn’t anything like the last Hyatt we stayed it this is a very outdated property.The view was horrible and the room wasn’t very clean the freezer area was disgusting I had to clean the room myself before we could use anything.

Dirty towel in closet, closet door off the tracks, carpet torn, door couldn't lock, bedding sucked.

Nothing went well. We were very let down. Thought it was going to be so much cleaner.

"Pet-Friendly" was the only info we found on dogs. Found out after getting to the location it was $75. At that point we were unable to take our dog back home and was forced to pay. Our door on room 311 could not lock because it was unaligned to the door frame. It slammed shut way too hard. The carpet in front of the door was torn and frayed. There was a dirty towel rolled up on the floor in the closet letting us know they did not clean in there. There were black looking marks on our sheets. The bedding and pillows were absolutely horrible. The shower corners were very dirty. The closet doors were off the tracks making it very difficult to move. The toilet kept cutting on and off water flow every 20 minutes.

Clean, convenient, affordable, pet-friendly hotel with accommodating staff.

Waffle breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities looked great but there was a family reunion and they used the pool table the entire time, which was a bit disappointing as we did want to play a game of pool but certainly not the hotel's fault. We were able to bring our 2 dogs with just one pet fee, whereas the nearby hotels wanted to charge per pet. There was a large grassy area with a doggy bag dispenser and conveniently located receptacles which made it very easy to take the dogs out. Bathroom & shower were very nice, appeared recently updated. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Mini fridge was cold. Plenty of channels available.

Coffee at free breakfast was very badly burnt, had to get coffee on the road when we left (coffee makers in the room had stained filter baskets that probably should be replaced.) Pillows weren't very comfortable but I know that can come down to personal preference. There was a very strange noise/alarm sound late at night that sounded like it was coming through the speaker inside the unit. It went off once and then stopped.

I booked 4 rooms: lighting did not work in all cases and rooms were dingy Checkout: service was great; but all rooms were booked together on my card yet each room was hit with a 5.oo AmEx fee as if they were purchased individually--not acceptable; I've let Hyatt and AmEx know about this

Excellent value and great environment for the kids.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and swimming in the pool. Our room was very sizable and nice and the price was reasonable.

It was a little far from downtown. We could have used new towels but I could have also asked. Everything else was very clean.

Room and furniture very outdated and dusty!

The staff and location was great!

The light fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom were very dusty. The kitchenware and room needs updating really bad. The pillows on the sofa had stains. The toilet and microwave were dirty. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room, but we were still not pleased with the condition of the room. We left a day earlier because we were not comfortable. This hotel is definitely overpriced. I will never stay there again!

Our experience

The rooms were clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great( sausage, eggs, and a bagel with cream cheese) and my husband and I both tried the hamburgers at the restaurant/bar and they were pretty good. Overall a great experience. The customer service was good too.

The only complaint we had is the cleaning lady came into our room at 8:20 am only knocking once and just walked in while we were sleeping. We had our sweet bulldog with us, but if we had another one she would have been chased down the hall. But other than that it was a good experience.
