Not one thing!! There was crack pipe outside the door the air didn’t work. We got out of bed to only get our feet wet due to the flossing in the room.Door didn’t lock. Very unsafe
Everything .

Location only!!!!
Filthy, no handle for hot water (had to borrow pliers from front desk), adjoining room had no door knob (had a dirty sock in the hole), only 5 parking spaces for entire place, the stairs to get to our room upstairs are ROTTEN and about to collapse, I could go on but won’t.

Located across from pleasure pier
The cost of the room, and what you get at that cost

Nothing
The motel is very decapitated and unlivable! There are literal holes showing to the outside, partial ceiling gone, and chicken wire holding the safety rails in place going up the stairs. The check in office is to knock on a door that's dark and slightly cracked open where a man was passed out and a older lady half dressed hands you a key threw the crack. It was not just a "low rate motel". The establishment truly needs a proper inspection. Unsafe, unsafe, unsafe. The photos provided are misleading at best and must be quite old with a filter touch up bc the place is a heavily faded hazard.

The location was outstanding, right next to pleasure pier and the beach
The room was disgusting, extremely filthy, and falling apart. There were too many problems to list individually.
It looked like a crack house

The property was near a favorite bar and diiferrent attractions.
The room was in need of repairs and had very little comforts such as seating and eatting areas.

Absolutely Nothing. It’s a shame Booking.com has this listed as a Hotel or advertised as a property that can be considered a place for anyone to stay the night at. The homeless camps in downtown Houston under the highways are cleaner than this and look better too. This place visually was disgusting. My husband thought I was joking when we first pulled up. I would never stay there and to think I had brought my kid.. we almost ran over a crackhead on the way out. There were people hanging half naked out their room door yelling to other people across the way.. I got 3rd world country vibes and my night was ruined by this. I couldn’t even get my money back. Do better Booking!! Remove this listing also!!!
it was dirty.
not well lit.
crackheads walking around the property.
looked like a run down apartment complex
rats would not even come here.
they took my money and no one wants to refund me .
cancellation policy sucks

the location was close to the pleasure pier and the sea wall. which was nice to be able to walk to.
dirty room, black mold on the ceiling the owner came in the room in the morning on accident and was apologetic. it is an older couple running the business and I know they are just trying to run their business but it needs to be repaired and cleaned professionally.

We were able to check in early and it was only a couple blocks away from the Lonestar Rally
There are no complaints.
1.4
very drab, dated we had sewage in the tub and asked to be moved, the second room did not have hot water - we left
booking only refunded half of our fee, we never even sat on a bed or touched anything.

I dont like everything except the location. We forgot some of our stuff there and we keep calling the motel but nobody answered our call we left a mesaage to their voice mail but nobody returned the call.

This place is horrible do NOT book i even saw do not enter yellow caution tape still on stairs. Paid too much for a horrible place then when I paid through booking.com it said way less then when I checked out it changed then she said it's because of booking.com roaches everywhere!

Nothing
There was mold in the toilet, it smelled like cigarettes, the doors didn’t lock, it was steaming hot and my pregnant wife almost threw up.

The location is wonderful. A very short walk and you are on the seawall. I only interacted with one staff and she was extremely friendly and sweet.
There was an empty condom wrapper next to the bed. There were sugar ants on the bed and floor, and in the bathroom sink. There was no shower head in the bathtub, as well as no faucet. The only way to bath was through a steady stream of cold water. There was no hot water.

It was close to beach
Owner was screaming and had attitude with us. Kept harassing my children. Room was not clean in any form. It was so gross

Absolutely nothing. We arrived at 12 for check in. We got our key and went to the room. Walk thru, there were bugs all in the shower/tub then we went to check the bed (like I always do) we noticed a BIG stain that went from the sheets to the mattress so we knew it wasn’t changed. On evert blanket and sheet there was also blood stains and other sticky stuff. we went to front office and she said she’d give me the sheets to change or she can send someone up so we said they can change them. 5 hours later we came back and went to the room. there were different sheets and blankets but these still had stains and there were rat droppings in between the sheets so I said nope not staying here!
went to the front desk and asked for my deposit back and handed her the keys and she said I was not being grateful for all they have done for us and threw the 20 on the counter and kept running her mouth so I walked away… $115 wasted on a hotel that should NOT be open for people to stay in!!
We took pictures and videos and will be turning this place in! Booking.com should really take this place off their listings because it was SO BAD!!!
Leaving there!

The beach
Nasty motel ants crawling all over the place no toilet paper, charged a deposit for the key and then tried to tell me I did not give a deposit for the key less than 24 hours later. She walks around asking for the key without even giving the deposit back not a very bright way to try to scam someone I will not be returning I'm happy to pay $100 more for a nicer motel. I recommend staying away from this place. There was no microwave the fridge was not even plugged in so by the time I checked out that's when it started to get cold. Offered me no way to make me happy but my credit card company is offering to make me happy I may go that direction.

The price and location are great! Being within walking distance of pleasure pier was fantastic and there was even some night life nearby. It wasn't too loud and crazy even though there was a bar next door.
The kitchen looked like a shack with busted cabinets. There was a microwave and unplugged mini fridge next to a sink. The shower didn't have hot water. Given the price I wasn't too upset until I couldn't get a shower.

Close to our destination. Very friendly and nice lady at check-in. Cheapest hotel in the area the night we stayed.
No heat in room. Dead cockroach in restroom. Gross bathroom/tub in general. Lots of outside noise throughout the night.

At first the owner was real nice, then when it was time to leave she was questioning me about having extra people, I said no they were only visitors, then she said why were both beds messed up, really, then she kept 10 dollars for cleaning fee, the 50 dollar deposit was for damage I left no garbage in the room, she ripped me off

Needed some update, like you walled back to the 70s. Overall the bed was so comfortable and cozy!
