Staff was great, room not so much.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Halfway smelled nice. It was nice having a microwave and fridge in the room The desk chair was comfortable.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. It sloped to one side, so I felt like I was sleeping on the edge of a cliff. Pillows are very small. There was no ventilation in the rim except when the AC was on. There was a really bad mildewy/ moldy smell when the AC turned off. The fan did not stay on to circulate the air in the room. We walk up coughing with extremely stuffy noses. Coffee is made in the hotel lobby. It was inconvenient to have to get dressed and walk across the parking lot in order to get a cup of coffee. There were no outlets by the nightstand that I was able to find.

Amazing squeaky clean moderately priced beach option.

This place is amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, near to every thing. Yet much more reasonable that almost any option I looked at. It’s brand new (2023) every thing is freshly painted and clean. Great Value!

Not much I didn’t like, if I had to pick something, they didn’t have any food or vending options, but it’s right next door to Ann awesome crab shack, and a block away from a Wawa, so what more do you want?

I love the location of my room. The last time I stayed the room had just been renovated.

Since my last stay it seems like people are not obeying the no smoking rule. I am a non-smoker and the entire room smelled like smoke which gave me a horrible headache by morning.

Our brief stay was very pleasant, and we will consider staying here again in the future.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of places we needed to go to.

The room was missing a shower curtain when we arrived. We told the Manager at the desk, and he promptly provided one. Problem solved.

Try it, you'll like it.

It's quiet, clean, very central to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Traffic was easy to handle, Plenty of off street parking and the staff was gracious and accommodating. This was my second stay and I'm going to stay there again without shopping around.

Bech getaway with a friend

I liked it was close to the beach. I liked that the motel is in excellent shape and taken care of regularly.

Could of used more pillows on the beds and the light outside the room kept room lit up the room even with the room darkening curtains.

Clean and Comfortable

Rooms were very clean and neat. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and looked like it was recently renovated. Room was spacious. Property looked like it was recently renovated stairs walkway etc. The staff was very friendly

I thought it was a bit pricey for the location. I would stay again but not at the rate I paid

Easy check in. Clean towels and sheets.

.The sink was clogged a bit, so the water had a slow release down the sink in the bathroom. No curtain for the window in the bathroom.

I would recommend this Motel to anyone, very good location and modern looking. Reasonable price too. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The person who checked me in was extremely personable and helpful. He even let me check in early. The bed was very comfortable and that allowed this light sleeper to begin recovery from a marathon in Rehoboth Beach. I would stay there again.
