Amenities were great as was the location.
Expensive, some things could have used an update.
3.0
Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff
Noise traveled between rooms, stained furniture. Check in at 4pm and out at 10am is policed .... we had people knocking on our door at 9.59am

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff was very friendly and the room was exactly how I imagined if not more beautiful than in the pictures and it had everything you needed.
5.0
The villa was huge and so comfortable!
The roads coming up have so many pot holes👎🏻
4.5
The room was really nice, comfortable and spacious. The location was great.
I wish the fireplaces were open for cooking s'mores. It would have been nice to have restaurants within the property as well.
3.0
Proximity to lifts, decor of the room and facility
For a property that claims itself as 4 stars, the bed in our second bedroom had a box spring with no springs left with the mattress basically falling though with no support. I mention this issue to the staff who appeared to be indifferent. Luckily my 3 year old who weighs 30 pounds slept on that side but this is unacceptable for a property that charges over $1000/night on a weekend.
5.0
Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and professional.
Per booking.com description it states the room is 200 feet from the lift, it’s closer to almost a mile.
4.0
location, room design, ski and sbowboard valet.
room 103B was very very noisy. also people walk next to your room on the outside so very little privacy. we stayed here before and the other room (on a higher floor was more comfortable)
5.0
the village/location
it was all good not a single flaw
0.5
- Close to the lifts? (not running during half our stay)
- Large rooms
- No housekeeping - supposedly for guest safety, but no staff are even wearing masks anymore so this is obviously for cost savings
- …and if you notice you’re out of coffee or towels at 8am, you’re out of luck because the supplies are locked up until 9:30am. This sounds like a joke, but it’s not!
- No room service and not even a delivery option from restaurants in the village; plan to cook for yourself or go to a lot of trouble for every meal
- Very early 10am checkout requirement with zero tolerance for extensions
- Very few dining options mid-week and EVERYTHING closes by 8pm. If you want a late night snack or drink you will be driving 15 minutes into town.
- View from the room was not good. The backside of the building overlooks the parking lot and a construction site.
- So many things in the room were broken/worn, I had to create a dedicated list (below)
List of everything in disrepair (that we noticed):
- Bathroom sliding door 1 broken, near impossible to open…off it’s track
- Bathroom sliding door 2 is completely missing a lock and opens on its own
- Kitchen sink faucet loose
- Kitchen phone does not work
- Numerous worn outlets that cannot hold a plug
- Common area drapes heavily frayed to the point they’re a tripping hazard
