Location and nice parking lot lots of room. Very good breakfast that were different every morning and hot and fresh.
The room we were booked into had a dirty tub (footprint already in tub) carpet was stained n unvaccumed we had a baby crawling picking up things off floor so there were areas we could not let her go because of this. Front desk lady was no help at helping fix a tv. Laughed at me and said there's nothing i can do about it. I then told her i would be writing a review and she said "Do what you have to in flippant attitude as i seemed to be disturbing her". But i will not be staying there again during my travels for i know i can get better treatment elsewhere.

They were accommodating of our later check-out time!
The beds were comfortable! The size of the room was great!
Great location for meals or shopping!
The hospital was very close which was perfect for our appointment there.
Coffee was good which is always a plus!
Most of the staff were cheerful .
The pool was closed for maintenance, which I wish I would have known as I would have stayed. elsewhere. t
The carpets in the common areas are very dirty, There was a plunger in a bag outside of a room near us that wasn't collected till morning.
The rod to close the curtain was off and laying in the window sill. ( The 4yr old found it, thought it was a toy)
The toilet got clogged, I told a staff member and no one came to fix it in the remaining time of our stay., which was about 3 hours.
The walls near the garbage cans need cleaned or repainted. Drawers needed cleaned inside,
This was a double queen room with only 1 Washcloth, 1 Hand towel and 2 Bath towels. I did get more when I asked but it was an inconvenience.

As i travel through the Upper states. I like to pay cash because i have saved it. Also i dont want to pay the exchange rate from my Canadian credit card. Most properties will not accept cash anymore which is disheartening. The Manager at the Baymont said yes to cash. She was very accomodating in that regard. The price for the room was great at the time, so as I decided to stay an extra day to do some shopping. Win, win for the Stores the State and the hotel. The room was great and spacious, the bed lovely. Even the breakfast was ok. A good stay as I travelled through 3 states on my journey.
Sadly, with a great room comes some services which were terribly lacking. Small little details that caused some inconvience but not life altering. Since i stayed another night, the coffee was not replaced. I had to grab extra from the cart. Nor towels replaced. There were no washcloths, ice bucket was missing, Hot tub down not that it mattered to me, and it seemed to me they were short staffed for whatever reason.

The breakfast was okay. The muffin assortment was not that great. I really appreciated the waffles though.

The girl working the night shift when we checked in was very friendly and was clearly working hard.
This was the strangest hotel stay - when you walk in, the lobby is clean, bright and updated. The room was the same on first glance however, we checked in at night so come morning, the carpets were badly stained, the counter spaces were sticky and very dirty. As other travelers mentioned, the water pressure was almost non-existent to the point that the shower head made a high pitched humming noise due to lack of pressure. The water was hot though so clearly they have fixed that issue. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not good - no fruit or yogurt, and cold gross looking biscuits and gravy was the main deal. Here's the worst part, the POOL WAS A BIOHAZARD at best!! When you walk into the pool area, you are hit with a strong smell - something similar to a dead turtle or very dirty fish tank. The water was green - like pea soup thick and green - you could not see the bottom of the pool nor the hot tub. I wish I had brought my camera with me because the water fountain and soap dispenser on the pool deck were covered in what I assume was dried blood but scared to think it might have been fecal matter. There were dirty socks and a rag-t-shirt left near by so its anyone's guess. I used to think Wyndham Hotels were the best of the best but we paid $184 USD for this dump and wish this was the only bad Wyndham hotel during our trip but it wasn't - it did happen to be the worst though. I do not recommend this hotel.

I loved the staff. I was treated very well from the time I walked through the door. I checked in and any questions I had were answered respectfully and with enthusiasm. It was a clean facility inside and out. The pool was clean and orderly. The breakfast was top drawer and they made an extra set of eggs for the latecomers which I thought was an exceptional thing to do. I will be back and I intend to let my friends and co-workers know about this hotel.

Every body was real friendly the rooms were very clean and comfortable and was a decent breakfast
The location is little far from certain places but over all not bad

Location and modern facility.
Room absolutely wreaked of perfume. Caused sneezing and watery eyes. Why is this necessary unless you are trying to hide something?
The shower was sadly lacking water pressure and it took forever to get hot water to the shower. I didn't condition my hair because by the time I got the shampoo out I wasn't going to do it again.

breakfast was good but i didn't like the biscuits and gravy. the hot tub was nice
our room had a heater that made awful noises on the first night so we asked to be changed to a different room and they did but i feel that the heat should be turned on as the rooms were very cold as well. the hotel was also under construction so there was supplies which made it not as appealing Also the parking is awful not a lot of spots close to the doors.

We had a large disabled room as requested but. had to move rooms within an hour of our stay as there was a terrible smell in room as if something had died in it.
Not getting another disabled room as my wife is disabled, Also there was no hot water at all entire weekend so my wife could not get in the shower because of no handrails and because of cold shower...We complained online to the manager after we got home, expecting maybe a free night as compensation but all we got is an excuse saying they were under new management and we're aware of the problems . Not good enough I am a afraid.....oh well we move on to a different hotel next trip to Minot.

Very comfortable bed.
The door to the room did not latch. The water for the shower reached only warm at best. The TV in the workout room did not work.
