Great location, clean but staff was rude and def wasnt the Hyatt experince I always get when I stay

Bathroom was so small could barely shut the door , very very noisy, staff was very unfriendly not one time ask how was your stay , welcome nothing . AC was not working properly in room quit several times during the night

무료 조식의 퀄리티가 아주 좋았고, 방은 늘 깨끗하게 정돈되어 있으며, 베드도 편안하고 좋았다 또한 거실 조명의 은은한 불빛이 눈을 편안하게 했다 주차장도 넓고 자리가 많아서 주차 걱정을 할 필요가 없었다

침대 옆 조명은 너무 밝았고, 켜면 눈이 부셨다 리셉셔니스트는 사람마다 달랐지만, 무표정인 사람이 많았다 GYM은 협소하고 운동기구도 부족했다 위 3가지를 제외하곤 아쉬운 부분은 없었다

Great location, big rooms, great breakfast!

We loved the location! It is close to amenities and Truist field. It is also a quiet area. We also loved the layout of the room. It was spacious and very comfortable. The free breakfast was by far the best we've had at a basic hotel.

The room was stinky. Food and staff was great.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was good.

It did not smell clean. I was billed an extra $25.00 to my debit card after I left. It was already paid in full before I checked in. This was not explained to me during check in or out.

Overpriced but convenient to local entertainment.

Close enough to walk to Battery Park. Steel cut oatmeal at breakfast with good addition options. The turkey bacon was surprisingly good.

Ridiculously small bathroom in room. The breakfast is average and the coffee was weak.

Overall the stay was good. I wish we would’ve known about the renovations prior, we probably would’ve booked elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.

There were a lot of workers there doing renovations. A lot of dangerous areas and supplies around. Sometimes I didn’t feel safe, especially with my little one. We also didn’t have a lot of access to the lobby/cafe amenities due to the renovations. The breakfast options were horrible.

One of the staff was really nice to me. My stay could have been alot better.

Was disappointed when I got there because I wasnt awhere of renovations would be going on. The room was nice but other things was difference when I got there. Breakfast, no open bar and alot dusk. Anyone who spend 200 for a room, should enjoy what they paid far.

I think yall should share important information to customers before they check in.

Staff was NOT friendly. Upon check in it seemed like we were a bother. No coffee in the lobby and paid for espresso are pods, not pressed.

They totally misrepresented their location so we didn't stay there

When I called to cancel the reservation, I was told they didn't have a reservation in my name then they charged me for 3 days anyway. I'm very upset

Well worth what I paid.

Decent hotel all around. Was greeted by friendly staff. And all the staff the entire time I was there was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious except for the bathroom. Very tiny. But that’s ok. Not living in there. Breakfast was really good with a decent variety of items.

I enjoyed an average stay in an average hotel and I’m fine with that.

1. Friendly staff. 2. Complimentary hot breakfast.

1. I am not a fan of powdered eggs that seemed to be what was served at breakfast. 2. It is a short walk to Truist Park but a VERY LONG walk back to the hotel. 3. Hotel looks a bit dated.
