Stay was pleasant and good

It was a pleasant stay, I stayed with family. If you are traveling with Gift Card then they won’t accept it. So be prepared.

Loved the Best Western Rama!

This place had great service, was conveniently located, clean and the breakfast was awesome! My family came in for a funeral service and, based on their comments on their accommodations of choice, the Rama was, by far, the best bang for my buck. Thank you!

My brother-in-law had to come too.🤣👿 he's a jackass.

I usually use best western and have no problems but disappointed with the hot tub not working properly

very run down was looking forward to using the hot tub and when we went to use it it was like bath water not very hot reported it to the desk and she said I will try to get the maintance person but it was New Year’s Eve so you know what happened NOTHING

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice room.

Close to rodeo venue.

Maintenance could be better. Very damaged wood trim around bathroom door. Shower area needed caulking in several places. Rest of room in great shape.

It was ok just not what I thought I booked

Big variety of breakfast items

Found a bug in the bed. Bed uncomfortable. Room and bathroom was smaller that what was pictured when I booked the room. Walls too thin, when someone else opens the door next to ur it felt like they were trying to come into mine.

We love the accommodations.

Not only were they able to give us connecting rooms, but because I had requested a handicapped room it came with an entrance directly to the parking lot. We were able to transport all luggage through our room saving the steps to go through the lobby. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance for the average person. Everything in the rooms were great, no complaints.

I’ve stayed here before for work and loved it, so of course I chose the Rama specifically for the facilities and being close to the fairgrounds. Staff were so nice and it’s such a nice property.

Staff really couldn’t help this but it really dampened the stay….when we arrived back at the property Saturday evening it was nearing time for the pool and hot tub to close, so my adult kids (21, 18) went to the hot tub with their 16 year old sister to hop in the hot tub for about ten minutes. The two women in room 101 entered the pool area and immediately ordered them to move out of their way in the hot tub even though there was plenty of room. They then sat right next to my son and stared at him- like right in his face. Then they proceeded to make all the kids super uncomfortable by staring at them almost suggestively. They came and reported all this to me (staff came in to clear the pool area at 10) and I went down to the pool area to observe these women who were visibly drunk arguing with the staff trying to clear the area out. Again- I know that staff can only do so much but I wouldn’t rent to those women again.

Comfortable beds but no sauna?

The beds were remarkably comfortable and the pool & hot tub were a really nice temperature. The rooms were very quiet too, considering all the noise I heard from the hallways.

We saw pictures of a nice sauna on the website, but could never find it. It was never mentioned by the staff either. We were really looking forward to the sauna.
