Very nice and comfortable.
Had a nice warm heated pool. With the price point you can’t beat it. Owner was careful for being clean of the place and had a well organized cleaning schedule and double checked we had towels.

Quiet Street near Center of Wailuku City
The location is only two blocks from the main downtown area of Wailuku, with good access to several restaurants and several bus routes that I used regularly. The room was everything I could ask for. There are several different rooms with different sizes, and I stayed in the Old Mill Room. The room has air conditioning, which I only used in the evenings to cool the room after it heated up in the afternoon. While in a busy part of town, the street itself is fairly quiet most of the time, and a very pleasant location that is also close to many necessary things.
The bathroom in this room is quite small, and some guests would find it difficult to make their needed morning preparations in such a small bathroom. It suited my needs just fine, however. Guests wishing for a larger bathroom should reserve a more expensive room.

Very good location, only stay at the hotel to sleep and eat.
The location was amazing to get around the island. The outside area was nice to sit at.
Certain rooms can get very small an feel cramped so pay attention to what you’re booking. Not every room has a kitchen, just a microwave and an freezer.

Exceptional
Great place to relax and enjoy the island. Good location. Large and fully equipped relaxation area by the pool with a grill. The owners are friendly and kind people. Enough space for parking.

We loved this place and will definitely stay here again!
We loved how private it felt! It was in a good, quiet and safe area. Check in and check out was very easy with the instructions given. We stayed in the Mills room the bed was firm (our preference) and comfy. Each bedroom has a window A/C unit that worked great! It got very cold at night. The pool was great and they had washer and dryer on site for a fee of $5 per load. They have beach towels and chairs for your use. The rooms have small coolers you can use if you want to take them to the beach. It’s near a Safeway and places to eat. What more could you ask for!
The bathroom was small but had no issues with it. The TV seems to have channels from antenna or something. I’d take a Fire Stick/Roku if you like to watch movies in bed.

I think it's the best what you can get for that price
It was a blast for the money you pay! The location is perfect, we could easily choose where to drive the next day and went different directions every day. You can borrow the chairs and snorkeling from the common area. I loved that you can refill your water bottle with filtered water near the pool. Our room (and I assume all the other ones) had a cooler and beach towels that we could take with us. The host is very polite and she can recommend where to get very tasty macaroons.
I can think of only one small thing, the owners could upgrade the towels - change them with 100% cotton towels. I also noticed in the reviews about the noise from the chickens, but I was so tired in a good way from swimming and lying on the beach, so that I didn't hear them during the night.
