There was no towels or toilet paper in the room. I went to the front desk to try and get some. No one was there. I called the front desk no one answered. I had to wait till the next morning to go to the front desk to ask for some.

Rooms smells with dead-looking bedbugs in the first room and right next to everyone's smokers box where people would gather outside your room surprising you and covering you with a blanket of smoke, along with chatter outside your window of the smokers.
Upgraded to a somewhat cleaner room but still smelled musty.

Manager was great.
There were a ton of flies in the room. I had to douse myself with bug spray and put some open food in garbage can (to keep the flies there, in order to get through the night.

Location was perfect for "just passing through". Great, super friendly staff.
Getting kind of dated. New and lighter paint would help brighten the room a bit.

The room had laminate floors instead of carpet. It was clean. My room was at the back away from the street. The clerk was friendly and polite.
The heating source was at the back of the room essentially in the closet. The bathroom vanity's door was ripped off and lying inside the vanity. There were nail heads exposed in the door jamb. The toilet was situated so close to the tub it was difficult to use (sit on) The light switch has been partially plastered over.
The location of the hotel is very near the railroad tracks with train noise all night. The parking lot is full of potholes to dodge around. It looks a bit like a construction zone like the hotel isn't finished and completely ready for guests. The brochure says that coffee is served from 6AM to 9AM but actually it's a small coffee machine in the room. It's location is near a stockyard so there is a definitely cow smell.

Didn't like anything about it except maybe that it was only thing we found available at 1:00 AM.
Room had several flies in it. It was dirty and because we arrived at 1;00 AM we were so tired that we didn't cancel. But won't stay there, ever!

Good price.
The smoke detector was laying on the desk open, with no batteries. Bathroom door was in such bad shape it was screwed together. It’s just pretty run down.

Road noise
Railroad noise (about every hour)
Weak old school window style A/C
Temperature would not get much below 80'F
Although breakfast advertised, it is still totally discontinued (supposedly due to covid even though NM is open for business with no covid restrictions).

Location is only good thing. Took 20 minutes to find someone to chrck in.
Checkin lobby was locked, no one found. One person arrived, room was tertible with rotten door, blown electric sockets, dirty. Better to pay extra few bucks to stay at many nicer places.

Bathroom was dirty. There was urine on the toilet seat, the mirror was dirty and there was hair in the tub. It seemed as the bathroom was not cleaned. Was very unhappy and wanted to leave but it was non refundable so I didn’t have a choice. It made me think that probably the sheets and towels weren’t changed. I was very disappointed with the appearance of that dirty bathroom that I didn’t even took a shower. I was very disappointed and upset.
