La Jolla ein traumhafter Ort! Wir würden wieder im Riviera Inn bleiben.

Disappointing

We were on the second floor, there is no elevator, only stairs that are difficult for disabled people to climb with luggage. During the stay there is no changing of sheets or cleaning the room. There is no air conditioning, only ventilation.

beautiful area and place to stay at.

I love how close it was from the beach. It was about a 5 minute walk and there were great places to eat as well.

the staff there are so sweet and the property is really clean.

Amazing value, close to the beach.

Great location, spacious apartment, clean and well maintained. Debbie was very helpful.

A couple of very small things: There weren’t hooks to hang the towels and as a result we went through a lot more than we would’ve otherwise needed. The tap water was always warm or hot even though it was relatively cool out.

AWESOME

Short walk to LaJolla Shores beach, there were cute shops/eateries within walking distance, short walk to LaJolla Cove to see the sea lions and seals. It was literally a little apartment, which I didn't expect when I booked. There was a kitchen to help with the cost of eating out. Convenient check in/out. It's a hidden gem if you ask me :) If we come back to this area, we will definitely try and stay here again.

The Wi-Fi signal was kind of weak. The drain in our tub was slow but a little plunging helped a lot.

Good spot for a couple or family stay!

The facilities were decent and rooms very spacious. I liked that there was a sizeable kitchenette and dining table.

It is a bit dated. I couldn't figure out how to access pool even though timing was within the stated hours.

A great place to stay close to the beach and reasonably priced

Short walk to beach and restaurants, room was clean and functional. Worth it to pay for parking rather than on street. Has front and rear doors so breeze can go through. Small kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook in. Very clean pool. After hours check-in was easy.

Front unit had a lot of traffic noise, but not bad. Room is dated but fit our needs. Bathroom vanity is small.

Wonderful little hotel

Wonderful small hotel with everything you could want and more. Close to restaurant row and the shores. Staff is fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again. If you get there early enough you can pay for a reserved parking spot. When we were there, we were able to park on the street without any problems.

Comfortable and Conveniently located!

I love this property! This was our second stay after a lovely visit last year. Comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Location is steps from restaurants and the beach! Fantastic

Great location near the beach at a really good price.

The location with being able to walk to the beach and restaurants within 5 minutes is great. We had an upstairs, north facing room which was great. The room, pool, and entrance area were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances.

We were there on a couple of days when the air temp was 80 degrees. This made the rooms a bit warm (82 degrees for a while) even with the provided fans on. It did cool down in the room as the sun went down.

Just great, perfectly located and great staff

It was perfectly located, the staff were so friendly and helpful, parking on the street is so easy if you don't want to pay the $15 per day charge to park in a space. The pool was kidney shaped and mainly empty, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minutes drive to the main town and some amazing restaurants. The apartment was spacious but the bathroom is tired

The bathrooms were tired and could be updated, with a shower rather than a bath and a sink with some space to put make up and bits; air con in the bedroom would be nice.

We were close to the beach and restaurants and the Riviera Inn was a perfect place to stay.

I loved the retro style and furnishings. The suite was perfect and the pool was a bonus!

Lovely place to stay for a visit to San Diego.

The room was a complete one-bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable. It's any easy walk to a small but nice downtown and the beach. The manager and other staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There were a few things missing from the kitchen. Some light switches didn't seem to work and it took a while to figure out the lighting. A couple minor broken things in the room. These were trivially small issues given the value we received.
