Just a mediocre place to stay - no bells or whistles.

The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, my room had been smoked in previously

Microtel does mean small room but it wasn’t that bad to a little uncomfortable with the big mirror above the bed instea

Right off i20 and by a Walmart.

The elevator was kinda shaky going up and down scared my kid and the bathroom tub felt like I was gonna fall through it.

Never staying in this hotel.!!wasted of money

The couches had bad stains, and sheet cover were stained as well they looked pretty bad, and it didn't smell sanitized at all. restroom was bad. It smelled like straight sewage. we asked if we could change rooms, and when we enter the other room, it smells like feet and unsanetize, so we left to another hotel.

The location to the park where my daughter was playing for a softball ball tournament was ideal. Everything else was horrible bad!

No cold running water, cleanliness was horrible, even a homeless camp was cleaner. The camode will take 30 minutes to fill just to be able to flush urine and fecal matter. The employee told us that the water ran very slow in midland texas, which made no sense when the walmarts restroom acroas the street had running cold and hot water

Superb

It's my go to hotel in Midland. The staff is always easy to get along with. Great location, safe, no worries about your car getting broken into. Good wifi and great breakfast. No sense in looking anywhere else.

The property is starting to show some wear. A few blemishes on the paint here and there. Nothing to be concerned about. Other than that there's really nothing bad about the place.

this the forth time in this hotel. but this time is the worst. stains in the sheets & mattress. mild in the bathroom. stayed for 8 days . asked for room service they never show up . even the towels are very old. it was no extra key for the room. I will never going to stay again in this hotel. oh the smell of the elevator was so stinky like barn . never again.

Location was close to family. Bed was comfy. Room was good size. Breakfast was ok.

Towels were ripped. Shower didn't have much water pressure. Shower curtain was ripped. Bed sheets had big stains. Elevator was very scary to ride in. Lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly.

Quiet. Close to restaurants, walmart and other stores, very convenient. Breakfast was good. Check in lady was nice, she was awesome and very friendly.

Big room close to alot of restruants and Wal-Mart . Nice a quite. Lady at the front desk was very nice . I would stay again. Hopefully they get the elevator fixed though lol.

The only thing I really did not like was the elevator. Felt like it was fixing to break and made a horrible noise.
