Liked the location, liked the room amenities, ie kitchen, very nice decor.
Would have like more room service availability, ie room cleaned when wanted.

Did not like the coffee w/liquid creamer, it tasted sour or spoiled.

The staff were nice and polite , even when having to explain that our rooms weren’t ready.
Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4PM. Had to wait for over 1/2 hour. Got to the room and it smelled like housekeeping had discharged a whole can of Lysol in the room. The overpowering smell lasted the entire stay.
There was no notice that the pool was closed until we got there and tried to go to the pool.

Breakfast was good but by the time I got there after 9 all the pastries were wiped out! Loved the boiled eggs and fresh coffee. The second day I was so exhausted we skipped breakfast and slept in.
I was in room 101 and there was noise and chatter by my door night & day. I got a little rest. Some Kids kept messing with my door knob and trying to open my door. I opened it and they were out there in the hallway goofing off. I had no blanket for the sofa bed and froze. My daughter was sick so I gave her the king bed. I Got locked out by card key cancel when packing my items to leave. I had to go around to the front and have my child let me in. Never had that happen in any hotel.

The room and staff were exceptional. Very spacious and clean
The TV channels didn't have many options. Breakfast maybe could have been better

it was wonderful breakfast.
the TV could have been better ,For #1 there"s no movies on ever.. For #2 The reception is always crappy. #3 You get back to the hotel your staying in and that all you think about is sitting down throwing your shoes off and grabbing something to eat and turning the TV on and relaxing for the night.. but unfortunately you got crappy TV to wind down with.. I am just saying !!!

The price, free laundry, location and security at night in the parking lot.
The carpet in our room had a funky smell, very dirty like it hasn't been shampooed in years, no kids chairs (only had two high chairs) and the front desk advised me to buy my own chairs since they are cheap. There were so many chairs in their lounge area but they didn't make an effort to accommodate my kids. Same old breakfast everyday.

I loved everything about this hotel, maybe a few flaws but no everything is perfect.
I'm a big person on breakfast at hotels. Thier breakfast section was amazing! They had varieties of food and would switch it up every now and then (I was there Fri-Sun, aka weekdays are different than weekends), it isn't so crowded, very clean, and did I mention GREAT OPTIONS?
We were there for a wedding and my son is big snacker. I loved that this hotel had a kitchen. I wasn't prepared for what they'd provided so I had brought my own single use dinnerware. It was completely unnecessary! They had bowl, plates, wine cups, coffee cups, regular cups, utensils, everything you'd see in a regular kitchen! Besides condiments, obviously. The fridge was normal size, they had a coffee maker, toaster, full size microwave, and dishwasher.
The "living room" was great. We had family sleep on the pull out bed, and another on the other side of the couch. The desk area made a great spot for us to catch up on some things. The room has a huge bed! My husband and I were able to have our 6yo son sleep with us during our stay. The bathroom had provided full size shampoo, condition, and body wash.
All this being great, we couldn't forget the location! It's really close to a lot of shopping centers and freeway!
I love this hotel so much that I'd definitely keep it in mind when going back to Folsom.
Now for the bad..
Housekeeping will only come to you after your four days stay. Being a room full of four people, our trash had piled up quickly. No one was there to pick it up. We'd have to leave the trash outside our door until the following day if we missed the house keeping when they walked by.
The pool, it's great but freezing. You can tell they had covered the hot spa area, I really wish they hadn't. Other than these two flaws, it's a great spot and I'd recommend to anyone!

The room was very clean. Breakfast was above average.
That dogs were allowed on all floors. We had a dog right across from our room, it woke us and everyone around us up very early with its barking.

we always love the rooms at any of the Staybridge.
the bed & pillows were not very comfy.

Breakfast is good, staffs are friendly. Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants. I like the separated living and bedroom layout.
There are ants in the kitchen area. Feels bug bite itch when sitting on the sofa.
