It was fine. Restaurants nearby and convenient.

Your shuttle. Advertises you have one but there was no staff to drive us on one of the days which made us miss the ski bus.

The breakfast was good. Lots of food and choices.

Three day stay was good and then had a reserved day later in the week but travel plans changed and we tried but could not cancel the reservation.

Worst nights stay in a gorgeous hotel!

Great location

Bed was uncomfortable, the ac Randall night and was loud, our room was right along the highway so we heard the traffic all night, we wanted to use the hot tub after a long day of traveling and a Mexican family had taken up residency, 2 coolers full of beer, 10 of them just hanging out we waited 5-10 minutes hoping the would leave but they never did!

The location is excellent. They staff needs efficiency training. Housekeeping needs to up their game

Not impressive, but fine as most hotel breakfasts are. They did have a variety of scrambled eggs which was interesting. Fruit is always a welcome addition, and they had that along with yogurt. Their toasting oven did not efficiently nor effectively toast the bagel however.

The bathroom floor was not clean around the edges and under the vanity. Housekeeping did not come - I’m fine if they don’t change sheets every day and/or replace towels but removing trash and making the bed should be a given in my opinion. I wanted to take a GLASS of wine to my room from the bar in the lobby. I was told “no.” They however would bring a full bottle to my room, but I could only have a glass while sitting in the lobby. Ridiculous.

Clean and pleasant hotel at the edge of the city.

The hotel was really pleasant and the staff was accommodating for our dog, which made our stay in Salt Lake City nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was fun to jump into after a long day.

The breakfast was a touch too fried for my taste.

It was a very nice, clean environment, had a pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The room was very spacious and nice. There was shampoo,conditioner, and bodywash in the shower. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice facilities and personnel. BUT, room was directly adjacent to kitchen and heavily smelled of cooking grease day and night. Left a day early as a result.

The hotel room was extremely clean and had everything that we needed, the location for skiing was absolutely perfect for the places we were going. Great starting point for skiing and also having the ability to go into Salt lake quite easily.

While I completely appreciate the free breakfast, the quality was so so.

The note in the bathroom, will be charged if you get makeup on linens but they make you go to the front desk for makeup wipes vs supply them with other bath amenities. For $300/night it was off putting they couldnt stock a .30 cent wipe.

Neatly maintained, restaurants in walking distance

single-ply toilet paper, no lotions/facial wipes etc, no microwave in rooms, almost same breakfast everyday, they can do better
