Not very much

Did not have a lobby, only a small window. No other contact with staff. No eminities. We stayed the next night in a hotel for less money and full eminities.

UNSATISFIED, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

THE MOMENT I STEPPED IN MY ROOM IT WAS POORLY SANITIZED, I always check my rooms as a habit and when I checked under my bed there were cockroaches, the little couch was torn up and completely ruined !! i stepped out and went upstairs to check on my work partner and said his tv didn’t work, non the LESS WE WERE NOT GOING TO STAY THERE, when i went to the desk lady she said shes “ never heard of cockroaches in that room “ I asked her if she wanted to come in with me to check as proof and she “ NO ITS OKAY JUST BRING BACK THE KEY” so I did I asked for the refund and she said no, So I asked to speak with the manager and she said she doesn’t know the manager, I myself tried to contact the manager, continued to email them and no hope until finally called booking.com for where I booked and was no help and they rejected it ?? I DID NOT EVEN STAY THE NIGHT !! I DONT THINK ANYONE WOULD IN THAT SITUATION. AND IS STILL CHARGING ME 164.50 ?? HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE HOTEL. FAST FORWARD NOV 17, 2022 MY BANK IS NOW CHARGING ME AGAIN BECAUSE THEY REJECTED MY CHARGEBACK AS FRAUD ?? THE SUPERLODGE IN EL PASO TEXAS IS FRAUD. Please I encourage to any one, do not book here save YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DONT BOOK HERE !! NOR THE MOTEL OR BOOKING.COM WAS NOT HELPFUL. Only reason I booked was because I am a trucker and most of the hotels weren’t available for 2 separate rooms, and we just wanted to land and sleep at that point after driving and sitting for 15 hours. I WILL DEFINITELY BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION WITH BBB & INSPECTION CHECK, I don’t like being rude or pushy but this is unacceptable I didn’t even spend the night. and being patient with the whole process. I REFUSE TO BE CHARGED FOR A PLACE I DIDN’T EVEN SLEEP IN IM SORRY. TOTALLY TAKING FURTHER ACTION.

In 40 years of staying at hotels this was the nastiest dumpiest place I ever seen! homeless people live better than this! I paid $70 for this dump and it wasn't worth $7! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The bed.

Everything else. This place should pay people to stay here to see if they can last 24hrs in a $10 room for the price of $80🤦. If you just need some sleep this the place. If you going to be comfortable don't even bother. You be mad in the first 15mins.

I booked this at the request of my construction crew, and they informed me that the cleanliness was far below expected standards. They asked that we book elsewhere for the remainder of their stay.

Waste of money and time

All the rules when the property is in poor conditions roof had water damage so bad that the roof had bubbles. The door looked like it had been kicked in then put tape to put it together again. Cockroaches in fridge and everywhere else. When we checked in we had to wait nearly 40 mins in the cold when we were the only ones there. The night desk clerk was very rude. I'd recommend going to another hotel not worth nearly $180 for 2 rooms n 1 night

Horrendous.

They refund the second night without argument

The woman at the counter was very rude. Room was filthy. There were dead flies on the windowsill and roaches coming out of the walls. TV didn't work. The maintenance man was unable to fix it.When told about the roaches he asked if they were dead or alive. Stayed at a friend's house instead and canceled the second night....

Worst hotel i have ever been to in any State.

No breakfast. Dirty sheets. And the employee had no access to fresh sheets. Filthy floors. Insufficient air conditioning. Police were camped out most of the night ght. Do I really need to say more?

Good price until you got the 17% tax added short-staffed.

There was no breakfast, they cleaned my room twice in 3 weeks but would give me sheets and pillowcases and towels to do myself.

Reasonably quiet, spacious room, good bathroom facilities.

It was the only place open since it was Father's day weekend and all other places were sold out! We were able to sleep and feel safe knowing the cop never left the parking lot and had a place to lay our heads!

We were welcomed by roaches that didn't bother us, however the front desk lady was rude and was bothered to help after being told that we had a reservation! We didn't have a proper working AC so it was musky and hot! Holes in the wall that were terrible patch back work as well as 2 little dirty towels! The sheets were dirty with crumbs in the beds with burn marks from cigarettes. Window wouldn't stay open to even vent air! When it came time to check out an older gentleman whom I presume was the owner came and was knocking on doors before getting to ours to wake or tell guest they need to leave, once came to our door that was open he stood by the door making myself and my girls feel uncomfortable which is a total boundaries violation. Was not pleasant or friendly! I can't belive they are still running this hotel that is ran down and not up to standards or code by any means. Not worth the $80 to stay less than 12 hours!

Need to run from this place. Odors and stains on all linens…mayor dirt including floors and bathrooms Major health issues “Rouches” extremely unsanitary Pillows odor so pungent that will make you literally vomit. Police have to be onsite 24/7 that’s how unsafe this part of town is.
