I may choose to stay there in the future because of the convenient location and pet-friendly option.

The breakfast items met my expectations. Good variety.

Neither regular or decaf coffeepots were refilled during the time I was in the dining area (the breakfast time was advertised as 6-11 am; I was there shortly after 9 am, for about 20 minutes). The heating/air conditioning was quite noisy.

Very surprised no elevator service to 2nd floor! Upon arrival our bathroom was locked, but the staff got it opened promptly. Our shower adjustment for hot or cold was very hard to turn, required two hands strongarming it! #205

Clean room and facility

Air conditioning in 90+ degree weather didn’t work and bed was not flat, head was sloped downhill from feet. For $300 nightly rate, would expect air conditioning to work and bed to be a little more then expected.

You advertise pet friendly but charge for pets. Should be a refundable deposit if no damage. Not a daily charge. Not happy with that.

the continental breakfast had fantastic options!

our first room we were booked in, had the security lock broken off the door. I went to the front desk to request a new room because it felt unsafe having a toddler with us who could escape. he then switched us to a new room upstairs and the smell was so strong I think they had just shampooed the carpets. the carpet felt damp!

Not terrible, but better lodging in McCall is available for a similar price.

Free breakfast, staff was super pleasant and helpful.

Hot tub wasn’t working, frustrating when that was one of the amenities I based my choice on, room was incredibly difficult to obtain a nice temp, which we never actually did get. Could have stayed at a nicer place for less, tbh.

disappointing and we stay there at least twice a winter

I booked my suite in Nov 2022 - when arriving in Feb the staff gave the room I booked to another person for one night then expected me to move rooms the next day all along blaming Booking.com for the booking screw up.....I explained that booking.com provided me with the room details of what I booked ....the staff eventually in a round about way explained they screwed up and provided a $100 credit. They encouraged me to book directly with the next time to ensure I get the correct room.

Great value for a decent stay

Had a 2 queen room. The beds were comfortable, unlike the king bed that I had a few weeks ago in same hotel, front desk lady was awesome

Had to keep going to front desk to get coffee, the people up there were nice though. Parking lot needed plowed due to snow and slush. Front desk person told us to move our trailer, after we had been there for 2 days to make room for a car that insisted in parking in the roadway instead of telling the car owner, that just arrived, to park elswhere.
