It was super clean. We did see a moose in the back yard

The hosts Maria and Robert were really wonderful! We enjoyed learning about their stories and some history of Anchorage and Alaska.
We enjoyed restful sleep and tasty breakfasts.
I hope we will have a chance to visit their lovely home again and see even more of the great state of Alaska.
Our visit was too short.

Maria and Robert were excellent hosts. They were accommodating to my time schedule(late arrival and a few late nights out). Breakfast was a great portion and absolutely delicious. Maria and Robert were friendly and genuinely interested in me as a person and guest. Room was a nice size, clean. I did not hear any other guests while I was there. It was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Walking trail very close by.
Nothing! everything was just perfect for our stay!

Nothing to complain about.

It was the perfect place to recover after many hours of flying. The room was roomy and the bed was big and comfortable. I love the space Maria offers for having breakfast and the breakfast was simple but delicious.
I really appreciate having a coffee maker in the bedroom and it worked for preparing tea.

Breakfast was great as well as the hospitality. Very clean but with an overwhelming fragrant room freshener.
For me a good night’s sleep is important, and I did not receive this here. I had driven 7 hs to get there, had doctor appointments, shopping, and dinner. Getting to have a caved in bed was a disappointment. My wife and I both spent the night on the outer edges trying to get comfortable.
Second issue was no baseboard heat in bathroom as well as clean but cold floor tiles. Not sure if this is a European thing but not mine.

Arrived around 6:30 pm at ANC and by the time we picked the baggage and rental car we were ready to find our B&B. Short drive from the airport and our hosts recommended a nearby sushi place to eat. Great way to end a long day of travel. Great water pressure during morning shower. Next morning great breakfast and coffee.
No complaints

The cleanliness and comfort of the room; the friendliness of the owners; the amazing breakfast
The water tasted awful and the only option at such a late hour was from the bathroom sink. Bottled water or water in the little fridge would be a really helpful touch. Also, the rooms are always so hot and stuffy. It was winter so you don't want to open a window.,

Bathroom was really COLD

Location excellent for easy access to the medical facility we needed to go to. Restaurant food for supper was poor but B & B breakfast was good as hosts customized the menu. Coffee was much too strong but the mango juice excellent. The bed and linens were very comfortable and warm. The decor was pleasing too. The room was very clean. And they were very kind to allow us to plug in our vehicle as the temperatures were very cold while we were staying there.
The two sitting chairs were not comfortable. The booking process to change the original reservation did not go easy. Finally called the host and she cancelled and made a new reservation for the new dates requested.

Maria and Robert were very gracious and kind to us throughout our 10-day stay. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and conversation with Robert and the other guests was a very nice change from typical hotel stays. We would definitely stay here again.
It's a bed and breakfast, and all three rooms are downstairs with adjoining walls. There was one early morning that our neighbors were very loud. No big deal. Perhaps our biggest criticism is the bed which was EXTREMELY creaky. Every single time either of us rolled over or moved an inch the bed would creak very loudly. Bring your own pillows if you like a pillow with more support, the ones in the room are very light and fluffy but flatten to nothing. We didn't feel like any of these criticisms were a big enough problem to bring to Maria's attention, but I would consider asking for a different room to have a quieter bed next time.

The convenient checkin and the home feel of the room and breakfast area.
Breakfast hours close at 9 which doesn’t allow much time for a leisure morning. An hour later would give plenty of time to get to breakfast with an hour after breakfast to pack up and check out.

This place was amazing. EVERYTHING
I am not a foam mattress person, so the bed was weird, but it slept great. Just not use to the bed hugging me. LOL

We would like a full refund. They told us the night we got it that homemade breakfast would not be served. I reserved this place for the specific reason of trying a bed and breakfast. We were supposed to have access to the great room, dining room, and deck. All of which were closed I found out the NEXT day after waking up and finally getting a text back. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a bed and breakfast and to be able to enjoy the amenities like washing clothes, eating in the dining room , relaxing in the great room, and sitting out on the deck. There was junk all over the yard and the place is surrounded by apartments. We were simply stuck in a small room on the bottom floor. We were not allowed upstairs at all which we were supposed to be and there was no home cooked breakfast. Like I said this was mentioned the night we got in (the breakfast part) and I actually had to text in the morning questioning why we could not utilize all the amenties listed.
Everything as mentioned above

Marie’s property was very nice and super clean. The bed was comfy, the room was very quiet, and Marie made a lovely breakfast for us. She was very kind and pleasant and gave us some great ideas of things to do in the area. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!
